The worst courier service/company ever. They lost my parcel and still have not bothered to contact me or give any updates, even after me chasing them a million times! Please do not use them. Their communication is non existent. They are probably stealing people's parcels or losing them.

They don't even deserve 1 rating. It's a scam, completely fraud. They kept my parcel of medicine for one month. They don't even have the courtesy to share an update. My sincere request never use their service if you care for your loved ones. Because they don't care, they are ruthless.

I got my package after 15 days in canada from india and I m totally dissatisfied with their service especially the packaging they dont know how to pack the goods… some of my items were found broken when i opened it. there were some food items all i found spoiled. I will never ever take their service again and will not suggest anyone

I wish there was option to give negative starts. Not trustworthy at all. My parcel was delivered to Dubai instead of UK
Now they don't reply on email,call or text.
Please do not deal with this company

Such a disappointment. We got the package nearly after 10 day from the sent date. For no reason the parcels was kept on Mumbai for 5 days. because of that all the sweets got spoiled and they got fungus when arrived to UK. In the first place if they have said it'll take so long my family would not spend and send the sweets. My kids were eagerly waiting for them when opened I was totally in tears. My mom spent 4K to 5K for the sweets but now everything is gone.

Fraud company, don't trust and give anything they will play with you after payment, see below no one answered nor deliver yet.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered from Mirraw almost 2 months ago for a lehenga for a wedding. It has been waiting in London for over a month now and everytime I ask the courier company or Mirraw where my parcel is they are extremely unhelpful. Please bear in mind it was due to reach me on 16th June and it is now 23rd of July with no update. From what I can see this is a common experience with Atlantic which is very disappointing from a company like Mirraw to use such a service. Still no sign of my parcel and not sure what to do now.

Worst service from Atlantic couriers, we sent a parcel from Hyderabad , India to UK it’s been 30 days and I haven’t received my parcel and been chasing up no update from the agent nor customer care. Worst service. Can some one suggest how to file a case against this.

Stay away from this fraudster company. They started from Rs450 per KG that is 4500 for 10 Kg but everyday they increased the price and at the end they demanded 7900. It is shame to see this kind of tactics.

Send a parcel to Germany. It took 18 days. One box out of two was soaked in water rather water was inside the box which spoiled majority of food items. The complaint to them is fruitile excercise and consistant reply that they have handed over in a sealed condition.

The charges are huge but no responsibility towards the consignment.

To begin with, I handed over the parcel on 23rd April to be delivered from Meerut to Auckland. Initially, it was supposed to take around a week. But now, this is where the story gets interesting. First, they kept the courier in Delhi for 2-3 days, then sent it to Mumbai; it stayed there for two days, only to return to Delhi because there was no flight from Mumbai to Auckland. Now my question here is, why send it to Mumbai? How can an international courier service be so incompetent not to know which flight goes where? Now that's 5 to 7 days gone already, and the courier still needs to get the documents checked. Once it did get back to Delhi, it was held over for the wrong address because the courier agency read the address of a student village as an actual village and refused to get the parcel ahead. I had to call them and explain that they should at least get their address checked by Google and not be this childish when dealing with international couriers. After I got it sorted, it still took them 3-4 days to put it on a flight and get the journey sorted. After ten days, I still need to find out where the parcel is. All I know is that it had left India and was supposed to be in Auckland in 10 days. It's been ten days, and I am still determining where it has reached. They tell me the same about customer service from the tracking details, which I can see on their website. If I have to hear things I already know, what's the point of customer care service? In a nutshell, please rely on something other than an Atlantic courier. If you have money, go for FedEx or DHL; if not, India Post is the best option ever.

This guy named Nilkant Gorle called me when I put inquiry for sending courier from Delhi to Canada. He asked for $4800 and promised the parcel will be received with in10-13 days. Already 15 days past and I don’t even know the status of my parcel. This guy is not responding and replying now. My material cost in the parcel is Rs.30000. It’s a big scam. Request never to use this courier. I didn’t read the reviews before I called them. Police complaint in cyber cell already made against him. Photo of this guy is attached. His official phone number is 9271114659.He has 7 different fb profiles. Beware of this company and this guy specially.

Very bad experience. Got items spoiled. Worst courier experience ever. Some items missing also.

Worst Service, My parcel is from Hyderabd, India to Belfast,UK, which is shipped on 18-04-2024. Still I am waiting for delivery. There is no use with customer service. Not suggestable use this service for international shipment.

Parcel date: 4th of Feb.

Here is my worst experience of life with this ingenuine, dishonest, deceitful, and fabricating company. Bunch of liars which call themselves "Atlantic international couriers"!
I'd advise you to use, FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL or Aramex but never use this fraudster to save your money. You will end up losing your shipment, money and health.

I want someone to act on this on priority and get my issue resolved.I paid 5600 rupees in India to send a parcel containing a wedding lehenga. It's a personal item already used before. The person at the courier service did not mention any custom or tax until I made the payment. Later on she informed me that there will be custom charges as well in the receiving country.

On enquiring further with her and her so called manager confirmed an approximate amount of 1 to 1.5 k egyptian pounds approximately as custom/tax.

Now, they have called and asked me to pay 10,000 Egyptian pounds which is nearly 45k indian rupees. Are you kidding me? This is disgusting!
I will never ever pay 10k egyptian pounds as custom.

Please push the consignee to contact their local FedEx team and make the payment to avoid any delay.

Note: If no response received from consignee before the deadline , the shipment will be automatically returned/abandon/destroyed (depends upon destination customs) without any further notification. Any applicable charges will be billed to the shipper’s account

Ship back my goods to India. I don't need it here anymore. If my goods were damaged, when received in India I will SUE your incompetent lying company, for being a pathetic time and money waster.

Hi,

Based on your email below, I did visit Fedex (Maadi branch) Egypt, today around 2:30 pm and met Mr. Mustafa Mohammed. They asked me to contact the Indian courier service as it's not in their hands to deal with the customs/duty. The Courier company (Atlantic International courier) who sent the shipment to Cairo Egypt is responsible to make any negotiation with the customs duty in Egypt.

So kindly stop playing games with me and contact them and return my shipment back to India because I am NOT paying 10 thousand Egyptian pounds as custom for a personal used item which is not even worth the amount quoted as custom charge.

Dare you destroy my goods, I will sue your company as I did speak with the girl in charge at Atlantic courier and her Manager about the custom charges and I was informed it is gonna be a nominal rate which won't exceed 2000 Indian rupees. I do have this phone call conversation i had with her and the Manager at Atlantic International Courier company,recorded on my cell phone.

Kindly return my shipment to India Mumbai, and my father will come to collect the same. Mind you im not paying a single penny as you wasted my time and money and my shipment was not even delivered.

Kindly contact Fedex UAE and ask them to either sent it back to home country in India OR hold it in UAE and we will collect it in UAE.
DO NOT destroy my shipment. Hand it over to my relative in UAE.

On the 15th of April when I travelled back from Egypt to India. My husband called them.
They had no answer to what's the status of my parcel. All they know it's in Dubai!
So he asked "What is it doing in Dubai when the return address is in India!"
Is it in transit?
She stopped for moments and repeated like a default answer machine,"Sir we don't know, we will check with our agent in Dubai and email you tomorrow, thank you Sir, and she hung up on him. So there was no point to call back.
I will send a friend to there UAE branch. Next I'll crash India's office

Upon following up with Dubai FedEx and 1st flight courier services, we confirmed that it was returned 1 month ago to India, and they did not tell us! Upon claiming that to them, they replied with a screen shot,"we texted you on your India number a month ago"on Apr 22nd that you will need to pay 60-70000 INR to get it!
(Lengha Costs 17,000!)
I've sued them!

Currently waiting for a parcel shipped by a vendor from India. Apparently parcel is in Delhi offices and operations team are trying to find a flight to UK!! First I have heard that a courier company doesn’t have this sorted. Will see if I ever get it.
