Fabulous sofa great quality. Just let down by the lack of communication on the day of delivery which was the fault of the delivery company, we were promised an update had to wait in all day.

Chest of drawers has fallen apart
The £700 chest of drawers I bought from Atkin and Thyme 4 years ago has literally fallen to pieces. Its oozing some sort of glue at joins and the wooden runners have snapped off. When you pay that much for solid wood drawers its not unreasonable to expect them to last. I would have had more longevity from build your own mdf furniture. Very very poor quality absolutely not worth the cost.

Everything is great BUT packaging smells disgusting
Everything is great, products, customer service, speed of delivery but the smell of the cardboard packing is revolting. It's so bad that if you don't get it out of the house quick it permeates through the rooms. We made a mistake of not unboxing a table straight away and the whole kitchen stunk. I've bought items that have fabric upholstery and they smell the same from being in the packaging and so need a really good airing and fabric spray before using. Totally fine after a while but takes the shine off your purchase! I'm a nurse and can only describe it as a c-diff type smell... if you know you know 😬. I hope they address the issue as their items are gorgeous but would definitely be put off in the future by the smell.

Most of my furniture is from A&T!!!
Most of my furniture is from A&T, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent, the designs are beautiful, and they regularly offer sales, which is always a great opportunity to pick up something new. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Lovely chair
Stylish, well-made chair, delivered quickly and very well packed. Not quite as pictured - the wood was slightly more rustic looking than I was expecting - but lovely nonetheless.

Great customer service and good item
After having a nightmare of a delivery with DRS damaging two of my door frames and blaming my entrance to be too narrow, Atkin and Thyme did all they could to help resolve the situation.
In addition I had a small issue with the shelving unit as it was very hard to fit the marble tops and they were super helpful as well to help me set them up.

Very good Customer Service
Customer Service was very good. There had been issues with incorrect parts having been supplied for a hanging egg chair which we had received some considerable time previously. Even though this chair was no longer available, Peter Helliwell managed to source spares from the supplier for us. Very patient and helpful advice and support which was much appreciated.

Excellent
Excellent! Although I had some issues, the company rectified them instantly. The courier delivered the wrong marble top to begin with but their customer service was straight on it and got it sorted within the day!
Then we had a quality issue with the table and customer services arranged for a replacement within 15 minutes! Great purchase too, the Rondo collection is fab!

Shocking Quality of Goods
The Zenith Chest of Drawers at £849 (#1000153581),arrived today only to discovered that the unit had either been previously heavily used then subject to water damage and returned. The quality control is zero. The drawers where cover in signifcant marks and damage and heavy dust as if the item had been standing for many months, the inside and base of the drawer unit were covered in thick oil and black stones and the base of each drawer was heavily marked and damaged. The unit smelled of heavy engineering oil from a Tanker and clothes could never be put it the drawers. I contact the Company immediatly, and issued 23 photos, shared the folder of all images to then be informed that only when the goods have been collected will they issue a refund. The damage was so extensive that no quality control had been carried out on what is supposed to be a high end product. The goods are made in India and then shipped and remarked in the UK on a glossy website so do not be fooled. I am issue a CCS to get my money back.

Beautiful light fitting and service
Beautiful light fitting and very good price for the quality. The original one we ordered was sadly damaged in delivery. They arranged to have the damaged one collected and a new one shipped out the same day at no cost-incredible customer service.
