Our range includes wardrobes, beds, storage cabinets, chests of drawers, TV units, tables and coordinated furniture collections designed for modern homes. We work with established European furniture manufacturers, with many of our products sourced from Poland. Arte-N products are sold through our trade network and a number of recognised online marketplaces. Most of our furniture is supplied securely packaged and flat-packed for self-assembly. Ordered via Wayfair. Came earlier than the initially advertised window, arrived on good condition and on time, exactly at the time advised. Only feedback would be the tracking info is inaccessible via Wayfair or Arte, you have to find your singular text from the delivery company.

Great company, great quality
Really happy we ordered from this company. The regular updates before delivery were great. Received text messages regarding delivery times.
Two men that delivered the furniture were really nice and helpful.
Instructions were very easy to follow, I built it myself then just needed help putting the top on the desk
Furniture is great quality so will probably order some more matching items

Good value for the price
The instructions needed studying before we started but we managed to follow it. We had trouble with the sliding doors as they didn’t slip on easily, but after a small adjustment they went on. The wardrobe is good for the price and looks good in our bedroom

Poor material quality and non-existent…
Poor material quality and non-existent customer service. The veneer along the edge was cracked and chipped, exposing raw board underneath. When I contacted them directly and spoke to their customer service, they refused to take responsibility and completely stopped replying when I asked for a fair resolution. The unit looks okay mounted, but the quality is poor and the support is worse.

This is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have.

We understand that you may have contacted Wayfair, but it appears that your concerns were not passed on to us, so we were unfortunately unaware of the problem and unable to step in and help at the time.
