None of the item in the flat packs where labelled, the instruction referred to numbers but the items did not have them on. The sliding doors don’t fit onto the rails so somewhere in manufacturing the measures or cuts have been wrong . I want someone to get in touch with me right away to fix this . I have bought a wardrobe that I can’t install the doors on !

Mostly striaght forward except for the runners situated on two different panels.

No indication of which way round the
Runners go, top and bottom.
Diagram leaves alot to be desired as it does not either explain or demonstrate this issue clearly.

The delivery guys were lovely. They checked that my wardrobe was ok before leaving and put it exactly where I wanted.

Good sturdy wardrobe, delivered on day and time specified. Driver checked parcels and took pictures - very efficient.

Had an issue with a part during assembly, get in contact with arte-N furniture and they were happy to help me with the part. I really love the items and recommend . Easy to follow the instructions and sturdy items.delivered earlier than expected, the driver was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you

Instructions arent the most clear. Cheap feeling features, such as the lock mechanism when the sliding doors are closed, quite difficult to open and makes the whole wardrobe shake when doing so

Excellent delivery service. The gentleman where both very polite and professional..

The delivery service was superb. Plenty of communications and a delivery window that was met. The driver was excellent carrying the wardrobe boxes into the house. He knew all about the product which was helpful. He unpacked the box that contained the glass, inspected it and photographed it. Around excellent service and would recommend to anyone!

Nice unit, straight forward to put together but it doesn't have soft closing draws nor does it have soft closing door hinges.
Also no bumpers are included to dampen the slam of the doors and the draws.
The quality could be better.
So because of this it's over priced.
The delivery guy was extremely nice.

Aesthetically pleasing and very good quality. Highly recommended especially due to reasonable price.

Possibly the worst furniture delivery/customer-service experience I’ve had
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Arte-N Furniture Ltd to think very carefully before doing so.
I waited around a month for a £219 sideboard ordered through B&Q. Arte-N then scheduled delivery for 6:00–7:00am. When I made clear that this was not an acceptable delivery time and asked for the matter to be escalated to a supervisor, their representative provided no supervisor, no escalation route and no alternative delivery arrangement.
Instead, the next meaningful communication I received was from the driver at around 6:15am, asking whether I still wanted the delivery because they were “close by”.
Despite this, no one rang my buzzer, no driver attended my door, no calling card was left, and I saw no evidence that an actual delivery attempt had taken place.
Arte-N nevertheless classified the delivery as unsuccessful and demanded £20 + VAT for redelivery.
What followed was even worse: repeated customer-service emails that seemed more interested in defending a £24 charge than actually resolving the problem. My request to speak to a supervisor was effectively ignored, my complaint was met with inflexible template-style responses, and I eventually had to escalate the entire matter formally to B&Q.
Their proposed alternatives were either:
- pay an additional redelivery fee, or
- personally collect a 156cm sideboard from their Lincoln warehouse.
This was for an item I had already paid to have delivered to my home.
The whole experience gave me the impression of a business whose delivery operation is designed around its own convenience rather than the customer’s. The level of inflexibility over such a minor charge was extraordinary, particularly considering the amount of time I had already spent trying to resolve what should have been a very simple delivery issue.
In the end, I decided I no longer wanted the item at all and requested the full refund they had offered in writing.
What is most remarkable is how easily this could have been resolved. A reasonable company would simply have apologised, offered another suitable delivery slot and completed the order. Instead, Arte-N chose to turn a straightforward scheduling issue into a prolonged dispute with a customer over £20 + VAT.
I certainly would not purchase from Arte-N again, and based on my experience I would be very cautious about ordering furniture from any marketplace seller using them for delivery.
One star. The product may have been perfectly good — unfortunately their customer service ensured I never got to see it.

Really well made, good quality wardrobe. Ordered at the start of the week and arrived Friday ready for me to install at the weekend.

I found the instructions hard to follow, they could be more clear by adding labels to the corresponding pieces of wood. Also the round beams, I needed more glue to complete all the holes.

Actual furniture well made...but mounting hooks very flimsy for weight of unit had to buy heavy duty mounting hooks....apart from that I would definitely recommend.

The product is exactly what we expected, very sturdy, very practical. It was delivered flat packed with assembly instructions online on the website. Looks great.

Communication was excellent, driver arrived when he said they would and delivered our item with no damage.

The delivery process was excellent kept updated. Everything arrived on time no issues. The product itself sleek, well finished, gloss finish is excellent. Easy to install. Highly recommend. The delivery guys were fantastic

Great delivery service. The sideboard is lovely now it is assembled but took a while. The instructions could be better and it took about 3 hours to assemble but it it decent quality for the price. Need to have your own power driver, it would have been a lot harder without this.

The furniture is great, only thing they sent 2 handles not 3. Waiting for a response.
