This review is for the Charlotte Tilbury counter and nowhere else in Arnotts. I can't find an option to just review Charlotte Tilbury. I attended the CT x Wink with Mink Masterclass on the 28th August. The master-class was good and the set up of the room was great. There was only 7 of us at it, I'm sure that was down to the price of it costing 75 euro. Altho, redeemable. After long deliberation I decided to go with purchasing the UV primer. The woman who did the master-class told me it was 49 for the small bottle but they had the bigger bottle on offer for 60. I chose to go with the bigger bottle. I double checked with her again before going to the till and she said yep 60. 56 was redeemable off CT. I expected to be paying 4 euro extra along with my ticket. The woman at the counter said it was 23 more. I said that girl said it was 60 and she said no it's 79, and I said but she told me twice. The girl just repeated no its 79. I asked the girl who did the master-class again did u not say this was 60 and she said oh sorry I made a mistake its 79. So I asked if I could just get the 49 eur bottle (and nothing else) and they said thought about it then they said no it has to go past 56. I chose to just go with the 23 extra on top of the ticket price as I had already spent ages trying to choose what to buy and that took ages as no products have any price on them, therefore, each time I was interested in something I had to find a worker and ask them for the price. Of course they were busy with other people asking the same. It would be better for both staff and customers if the prices were there for everyone to see. I was disappointed as I like the CT brand but felt if I had 56 eur to redeemable I should be allowed to spend just 49 of it and to lose the other 7 as it is my own money.

Great customer service. Always very prompt in responding to queries.

100% better than it's sister company Brown Thomas which has very poor customer service. At least Arnotts have a desk where you can speak to a real human being.

I’m genuinely disappointed and frustrated with how my recent order has been handled by Arnotts. As someone who has trusted and shopped with you before, I expected a much smoother experience.

I had to reach out via WhatsApp because I wasn’t receiving any updates or even a dispatch email. The person I spoke to initially said they couldn’t help me. After waiting for an hour, I was finally told my order had been delivered — yet I never received any notification or tracking information.

As I’m currently at work, I haven’t been able to check if the order was actually delivered, which only adds to my worry. I feel overlooked and undervalued as a customer, which is really upsetting because I have always appreciated Arnotts.

I hope my concerns are taken seriously, and that improvements are made.

I want to say a big thank you to Kaitrona in the Kiehl’s beauty section, she was so helpful and explained in detail the skincare products that suited me .

I really regret buying an electrical appliance from Arnotts. I purchased the Eufy X10 Pro Omni Station just six weeks ago, and it has already developed a hardware fault.

Trying to get support has been a nightmare:
• You can’t get through by phone – you have to leave a message and hope someone calls you back (I only got one return call).
• Over email, I was repeatedly asked for an uplift number, which Eufy clearly state they do not provide.
• Eufy also told me Arnotts is not an authorised reseller, so they won’t help either — I’ve been left stuck in limbo, with no functioning product and no resolution.

I now have to consider pursuing the matter through the Small Claims Court, which is honestly ridiculous for something I bought less than two months ago.

This is what I get for ordering electronics from a department store. I did not expect this level of poor customer service or lack of responsibility from a brand like Arnotts. Absolutely would not recommend buying tech from them.

I have been a regular at the iconic Arnotts in Henry Street since last many years. The store is huge with great inventory across multiple segments. Pretty much one stop shop for several items.

I always have a fantastic experience whenever I visit the Dior counter at Arnotts on Henry Street, and that’s largely thanks to Juraj.

His product knowledge is exceptional, and he creates such a warm,welcoming atmosphere that makes shopping an absolute pleasure. It’s clear he cares about his customers and wants them to leave feeling confident and cared for.

I purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner online with other items including towels. When registering the vacuum cleaner with Miele, to get the two year warranty, Miele needed proof of purchase with the date and details on the document. The online oder did not suffice. I found Arnotts to be very helpful in responding to my request and they shared the full document within a couple of days. Miele did the registration with the new details. Thanks Arnotts

I had an issue with loyalty points not applied to my account. Once I contacted Customer Care, my issue was resolved swiftly and, more importantly, pleasantly.

I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner from Paul who explained fully the difference between all makes. The machine I purchased did not fit in the press where I stored the vacuum cleaned before and when I returned to the store Paul could not have been more helpful. He exchanged to another make which suited my needs exactly without any fuss. The experience was excellent and I will definitely purchase again. Thanks for your help Paul

Purchased a face serum and within days it began to run out. After 3 days trying to find the source of the leak it turns out it had a hairline crack at the base of the bottle so small it was barely noticeable. It took a while to get custom service to respond but once they did I was in the process immediately & the product was fully refunded.

Excellent customer service, my delivery query was answered promptly and they ensured my urgent gift was delivered on time! If only other retail services were this responsive!

I bought a suitcase in Arnotts on 8/6/25 and have to say the store staff were exceptionally helpful.
I asked directions of a girl in a scarf between travel luggage and luggage and she was so lovely and helpful.
Michaela in the luggage department was equally lovely and helpful.
They made my purchase a delightful experience. Thanks to both!

I bought sheets and a duvet cover in Arnotts sale. All were delivered speedily and I was pleased with everything. I had a query about one of the items and this was dealt with by a very helpful customer services agent.
