I bought a very expensive coffee machine as a wedding gift to a family member 2.5 years ago. It recently broke and because the warranty was only 2 years, Arnott's refused to help in any way. I was very disappointed that they didn't do anything even though it was only a few months past the warranty.

I was in arnotts today to buy a makeup product and was asking the guy at NARS for a recommendation he told me my under eye is too dark I can’t go for a light colour and that a concealer should be my shade and gave me a shade like 3 times darker it’s shocking never shopping there again

I made an enquiry to the customer service team and the response was prompt, friendly and professional.

We had an outstanding experience in the Men's Shoe Department at Arnotts in 12 Henry Street Dublin, thanks to Diogo Stenio and Baptiste.

My now husband and I visited to exchange a pair of shoes we had originally purchased after finding another pair that matched our wedding suits much better (only 6 days before our wedding!). Diogo went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. Not only did he make the exchange completely stress-free, but he also gave my husband a proper fitting and informed him that, despite always believing he was a size 9, he is actually a size 8! A genuinely life-changing discovery that made a huge difference to both comfort and fit.

To make the experience even more memorable, Diogo kindly waived the price difference on the new shoes and also gave us a complimentary coffee gift card. These gestures were incredibly thoughtful and completely unexpected, and they really made our day during what can be a stressful time when preparing for a wedding.

A special shoutout as well to Baptiste, who was equally polite, professional, and helpful throughout our visit.

The level of customer service we received was exceptional. Thank you again, Diogo and Baptiste, for your kindness and generosity. You helped make our wedding preparations that little bit easier, and we'll always remember it.

My parcel was initially delivered to the wrong address and staff at Arnott's couldn’t have been more helpful to successfully get it delivered to me.

Was worried about being late for my collection date of my purchase. I had to travel unexpectedly. Got a quick response from Arnotts and reassuring message.

I have been purchasing from Arnotts online and in store for many years. I love the store. Their customer service is excellent on the 2-3 occasions I needed to use it. They are highly responsive and great to deal with.

Treated myself to a new Smeg kettle online, was looking forward to it arriving. It arrived in a dirty box and the kettle had been used! What appeared to be limescale stains inside, the sliver on the decor was smudged with fingerprints and wasnt in the original plastic packaging.

Apart from it being a hugely disappointing quality from Arnotts (I've been a customer for years) it also poses a safety risk- we didnt plug it in because who knows why it was returned!

Loyalty card customer services dealt efficiently and helpfully with my query, which involved a confusion between the Arnotts and Brown Thomas loyalty cards. Callum soon resolved this by merging the two accounts. Really good, and prompt, customer service!

Love shopping in Arnotts, and I have done since I was a little girl, shopping with my mam. I now shop in Arnotts with my daughter. It's a generational thing.
Cosmetic, clothing, home wear and bargain basement are fantastic.
Arnotts staff know how to treat their customers.

Arnotts is by far the No. 1 must visit shop on Dublins Henry Street, it not only has a wide variety of goods on sale, a friendly professional staff and a warm friendly athmosphere it also has a restairant offering delicious food and best of all it has , on the basement level..a Bargain Basement, I could not reccomend a visit to Arnotts strongly enough ,I give it 5 stars but only because I can't give it 6 stars.

In all honesty I don't feel secure shopping here knowing that the security guards can stop and kill you.

What are you going to do about your staff that murdered a man? No shame acting like nothing happened

Arnotts is great! The staff are wonderful and people enjoy themselves in the store and help each other out. Shopping there can be a very pleasant experience.

Emma from the personal shopping service was extremely helpful and my trip to arnotts for a wedding guest outfit was a lovely experience. Highly recommend.

I love the ambience in the shop and they sell a lot of good brands.
However the points system let me down recently.
I paid 550 euro for a bag and then brought it back so if course any points l earned were taken back and that's fair enough but what l don't understand is that l cannot earn any more points on any future buys until l have spent 550 euro again. That doesn't make sense to me.
It is like l am being penalised for returning the bag.

No on-site customer service desk any more in the Arnott's store in Henry St. Dublin ...... nothing to do with 'giving customers an improved, 'seemless' experience' .... more to do with cutting costs. The floor staff are extremely pleasant and helpful as usual and will no doubt be burdened with the extra work of dealing with customer problems and enquiries, for no extra pay. Having said this, an issue with my Encore card was resolved after a cashier emailed customer care for me, who then phoned me within 24 hours to sort the problem. So overall am happy with service.

We had a wonderful experience in womenswear today in Arnotts. My friend was looking for a dress for her son’s wedding abroad . And she left with a smile on her face and 2 beautiful dresses all thanks to Linda’s expertise and kindness . Would highly recommend this store and thank you Linda 🥰🥰

I recently purchased a handbag from Coach at Arnott’s Dublin and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ayesha, who I believe was in training at the time. She did an absolutely amazing job and was incredibly patient throughout the entire experience.

I had recently lost my dog and was getting the tag of my Coach bag engraved, and Ayesha went out of her way to make the moment really special for me. Her kindness and attention to detail made what was a difficult time feel a little brighter.

From start to finish, she ensured my experience was smooth and unforgettable. It was truly a pleasure to deal with her, and she is a real credit to Coach, Arnott’s Dublin, and the team.
