I’ve been using Armoire for about 3 months. I have been disappointed when the clothes don’t fit. They give me bonus items for the next month but I feel like they should replace these items with better quality items that fit!
Also had the wrong item delivered this month.
I like the variety of clothes. It’s hard to believe these clothes cost as much as posted.

Customer service is great and responsive

The last items I ordered did not fit and the consultant immediately added 2 swaps when I reached out.

Very fun to get new pieces to try every month. Sometimes it is hard to know exactly what the piece will look like until you see it in person, but overall a fun experiment.

Armoire makes it easy to take fashion risks, and I suspect that for people who wear straight sizes, it’s a great service. The plus sizes are a little tricky at times- without the unlimited plan, I’m unsure how it works to return something that doesn’t fit (it’s not spelled as an option anywhere I’ve found, and ran into challenges with return bonus items). I’ve also found that the better brands available in plus sizes are harder to come by. Customer support is helpful and has always resolved things well (issues returning, bonus item rental/return).

Plus size clothes seem like there are smaller amounts many things are rarely available

The clothes are really high quality and beautiful. Overall, happy with the experience. I was able to pick out post baby clothes for multiple weddings and formal events while nursing.

Super easy website/app. Great clothes with a plethora of reviews so u know what you r getting. Price point is reasonable. This is sustainable fashion.

The clothes and quality is great. However, I feel like the items I want are often not available. Also can you get more fun edgy pieces?

I get quality clothes that fit, get showered with compliments, and don’t have to go shopping.

I love this addition to my wardrobe as I get to pick and wear very cool clothing. The best part is if I fall in love with something I have the choice to purchase it.

I’ve recently lost a lot of weight and I wanted to play around with different styles of clothing. Armoire has been perfect for my vanity project! The clothing ships quickly and returns are a piece of cake. It’s fun to try styles and designers I’d never have purchased. I love their support for women designers, too.

I started using Armoire 3 months ago and it’s been great. The clothes are great quality, and I like changing up with spending a fortune or taking up space that I don’t really have in my small closet. Returning is so easy and no laundering because they take care of it all!

Clothes are causal and trendy. Not much is available for work wear.

I love having fresh pieces in my closet for upcoming events- without having to spend a ton of time shopping and clogging up my closet! The reviews from others really help me find pieces and sizes that will work for me

The clothes are great. There are a lot of great styles that look nice at work. The prices are pretty high and I can often buy the pieces new for the same price online. My biggest complaint though is the user interface for searching for clothes and exchanging packets is not intuitive.

Enjoying the quality and variety of clothing. Easy to search and select clothing by type and/or season. Watch carefully the sizes and how they fit as described by members. It is helpful to have that input. Recommended to a friend and she loves her clothing too!

I have discovered some new brands that Iove. However, overall I've had a hard time finding much that was available that I liked in my size - and then most of it doesn't end up fitting. So I'm done after 3 months. It was interesting to try it though.

I’ve tried a couple other clothing rental companies, and I think this is my favorite. It has more business attire, which I need and appreciate but I think the casual styles are lacking. It’s also very unclear how the return process works and customer service is slow to respond.
