Able to try new brands and styles without committing. Found a few classic pieces I really love and got to sample a few slightly outside my normal picks that I ended up enjoying. Sometimes the selection of what is actually available in my size and style preferences isn't as great as I'd like, but overall I'm pleased with the quality. Customer service has also been excellent.

I got quality name brands in endless styles that I get to swap every month? What else can a girl ask for.

Awful customer service! I sent a few questions about the subscription service via email and never got a response. I tried to do a personal styling via chat bot and have a real person get back to me in an hour with their recommendations. Its been over 24 hours and I haven't received any type of response. For a company that may have great clothing, the customer service is awful.

I don't understand the process for getting a new selection or returning current selection.

I LOVE this service. High quality wardrobe items...I'm always getting compliments. And the customer service is next level!!

Sorry I got such anxiety, but your customer service won me over to maybe giving you another shot, or maybe this will just reassure anyone who has more of that style, that you will take care of them! :)

Armoire saves time, energy and worry. I love to have fresh options monthly and this is a simple no fuss way to do it.

I recommend armoire to everyone. I started a new office job, and didn’t have any business casual or formal clothes. Armoire has a great selection of business attire from classic to bold. I love wearing the clothes and I get excited to get dressed for work each day. I get so many compliments. I would never be able to afford that type of wardrobe otherwise. The customer service is great and responsive. I had one minor issue and they went above and beyond to make it right.

I am enjoying Armoire quite a lot. First, the pros: I love having new, high quality pieces to wear without the need to buy more items and add to my closet. If I didn't rent, I would probably never get the chance to wear brands like Boden, or DVF. It's nice to choose items for specific events or weather changes; and it kind of feels like Christmas or birthday every time I receive a new case; shipping is easy; if I like a piece so much that i want to buy it, often i can get it at an affordable price. Cons: my only con has been receiving a few damaged items(broken zippers, for example). However, I have received bonus items or other types of compensation for these issues. Armoire is fair.

There is a nice variety of styles to try and enjoy. The one issue I have is that several of the items have arrived looking very dingy and well-worn, knits in particular. One of those tops had an odor. One pair of trousers had another person’s name tag in the pocket so clearly those had not been cleaned. I didn’t notice until I was already at work and was pretty grossed out for the rest of the day. I am giving it one last try to see if I get truly clean clothes in the next case.

I’ve had a broken button, damaged ribbon and a skirt didn’t show up. Also it’s expensive.

My first case was okay, though I wasn't thrilled with the clothing selection. I set preferences and "liked" a lot of items in the portal, and then tried ordering a stylist case.

I had an extra item and had previously sent back several, so I thought I'd get 3-4 items. I noted that I was getting divorced and looking for an outfit for a celebratory night out. I've previously noted that I like black and jewel tones. I look awful in coral or orange, don't like to wear white, prefer breathable fabricsm and can't do spaghetti straps at all.

I was sent the most over-the-top orange jumpsuit with giant bows on the shoulders and a white nylon dress with giant orange flowers and spaghetti straps. I'm genuinely wondering if my stylist chose the opposite of anything I would wear.

As a professional, its nice to have a variety of clothes delivered monthly. Thanks for all of your help!

Overall I like the options. I find the website to be a bit clunky and it needs a refresh. I want to be able to zoom in on each item and see the clothing in a larger field and see it close up. At the moment that is not an option. Plus, some of the clothing are old and need to be retired. Look at the Rent the Runway website and update yours to be easier for the end user like me to use.

I really like Armoire, I've used similar rental programs in the past but prefer the options available through Armoire, they are more suited to a working professional with many great options for work and play. I also like that you get to keep your current order until the next order arrives so there is no down time.

Overall I love the concept and the customer service has been very good. But I’ve also had challenges. Sizing has been challenging for me (petite pear) even with size guides and reviews from others - I’ve struggled to wear some items because of fit. Across the three cases I’ve recieved - each has had an issue (one wrong size item sent, one missing item, one damaged item that I was unable to wear). Again customer service was good but more reliable cases would be ideal.

I like the service, but I have been somewhat frustrated by the scope of my options for rental. I’d like to see more variety.
