Low quality drop shipped posing as a high quality fashion warehouse, leather is actually vinyl and cheapest nasty fabrics and buttons.

The week after I purchased from them (noting I make very few online purchases) my card was flagged for suspicious activity. Their payment came was not in AUD and I was charged additional fees.

Then I had 3 $0.00 from an Amazon account that was not my own.

I emailed CS requesting refund and was offered 15%, I declined and was offered 20% all the way up to 30% which I accepted (to remain within the 30 day window) but never received any at all.

They falsely advertise that the store is in Melbourne, but they are Chinese and the goods come from there. I purchased 2 shirts for my husband and they haven’t arrived. I don’t want them to either as from other experiences the quality is poor. I have requested a refund via PayPal !!

I love this clothing rental service. The ability to swap out multiple items each month is fantastic. In addition, you can have another shipment on its way while you are sending back your current shipment. I travel a lot for my job and will take the return bag with me, pack up the armoire clothes then drop the bag at the front desk for USPS pick up. Super easy!

Very convenient and great selection

I love armoire! I'm currently on GLP-1s so I don't want to invest in clothes at a specific size so this is perfect for me. I also don't like to wear the same dress twice (thanks to social media) so this has been perfect for all small and big life moments - and it's very reasonably priced

I love renting my clothes from Armoire, I finally went in to have a stylist pick out clothes for me and it was the best time! Such a great experience from start to finish.

I really feel that the company is attentive to my wants. I like that you are never without a set and can schedule pick-ups to help with the ease of returns. I feel confident if I ever have any questions that I can contact someone and get my question answered in a relatively short time. I have liked mostly all of the pieces I've received, and their quality.

My most recent case from Armoire made my week! A couple things to wear to work, including this understated sequin Rachel Zoe blazer that I got SO MANY compliments on, and a few options for the weekend and my work from home days. The jackets I got were so cute and on trend. I just love getting new things to wear all the time with the headache of shopping or the guilt of wasting money.

Not only do I shop less but my closet is constantly changing! Love that I’m helping the environment but also keeping my style game on point.

The fast shipping, being able to keep your current rentals until your new ones come, and being able to swap out as much as you want are the best parts.

Searching up clothes is more difficult than other rental services like Nuuly. The way the clothes are displayed is also far less attractive than on other apps. Sometimes there are only two pictures in bad lighting and it turns me off to the clothes. It takes me a long time to search through to find things I want to rent. The brands they carry aren’t as fashion forward as Nuuly or RTR.

To improve the app I would like to be able to simply sort the clothes by newest arrivals.

Overall I am pleased with my experience, if they were to upgrade the brands offered and the marketing on the app I would probably never cancel!

I want to tell everyone I meet about Armoire! It has helped me take fashion risks & have fun with my outfits without the commitment of purchasing items/having buyers remorse. They take excellent care of their clients and have a variety of items to choose from. Rent your clothes and have fun with your closet again!

Absolute trash. Half of the items were so worn out or damaged as to be unwearable. The “solution” they offered me is that they’ll send extra items in my next case. No thanks, I won’t be paying for another month even with the offer of extra trash next time.

I've really been enjoying my rentals, I love that I get to keep my items until my new package arrives. They have a really fun variety of items. I love renting statement dresses and fun coats for winter.

Having Armoire has been so helpful in my weight loss journey. Instead of buying cheap, I’m renting fabulous! I find the renters’ reviews and photos of clothing to be very helpful in dressing for my changing body shape.

Since starting my Armoire membership 2 years ago, my life has been upgraded in so many ways:
1. Confidence boost - I used to dread getting dressed, but now I have so much fun with my outfits. Armoire gives me a constantly evolving wardrobe of trendy pieces for every occasion in my life (weddings, work, dinner with friends, etc.).
2. Sustainable fashion - rather than buying clothes that I'll only wear once, I can rent these types of items, knowing they'll be enjoyed by others. It's a great way to try new styles and infuse joy into my life without the guilt of overconsumption.
3. Easy and convenient - delivery/drop-off is way easier than I thought it would be. I despise errands, but Armoire has gone out of their way to getting and returning clothes so convenient, even I cannot complain.
4. More closet space - renting clothes means I can own less and use my precious closet space for other necessities (like hiding my ridiculously bulky air mattress that literally won’t fit anywhere else).
5. No more laundry angst - I love nice things and hate worrying about how to take care of them properly. With Armoire, I get to rent those super nice pieces (like cashmere) and let them handle the cleaning.

I've been renting for almost 2 years now and my life has never been the same in the best way possible! I think about clothing and consumption in a completely new light. I always have new clothes without the guilt of overconsumption or overspending. It truly has been a gamechanger for my wardrobe and I always have something to wear. I find the selection in my size is poor and many items when I get them don’t fit.

I have called 425-728-2458 customer support number 4 times this week and never received a call back. My current case will not submit and I have not received a case in over a month. The 2 cases I have received have taken my hours to build because their inventory is so poor. I am beyond frustrated that no one responds to my calls and emails. They are happy to take my $129 payment each month and I have nothing.
