Best prices found on the internet. Superb communication and really easy to contact if you have any questions. A quick response time to emails too. Very pleased with the service all round.

Purchased 2 x Bosch Microwave/Ovens and one arrived with the handle bent. The packaging was undamaged so the item appeared to have been damaged before it was boxed. It was in working order. Made Lydia at Appliance World aware of this issue, sent photographs and specific product details ( serial number etc. as you would expect ) and she made arrangements to swap it out without issue. That was effectively and efficiently achieved.

You can not always judge a company by what they get right, but what they do when things go wrong and how they respond. I was very impressed with my dealings concerning the receipt of the damaged Bosch product and consequently would recommend buying products from Appliance World.

Incidentally the products arrived on the day agreed and promised. Job well done.

I recently purchased a large order for several appliances from Appliance World and was delighted with their service. Not only did they price match everything I needed but they then added a group buy discount! They were able to hang on to my order until I was ready for it and were very flexible with the delivery to boot! Would recommend them to anybody and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself

Excellent company which we would recommend. They offer top quality appliances at really competitive prices, with superb service from their lovely staff! We shopped around quite a bit before deciding to purchase our appliances from Appliance World. Our kitchen installation was delayed by quite a few weeks, but they kept our appliances aside and delivered them, on time, when we needed them. We'll definitely be using them in the future!

When my old Neff dishwasher developed a fault 10 days before Christmas, I resigned myself to a lot of washing up on Christmas Day. Thank goodness I found Appliance World. Their price and speed of delivery was what first attracted me, but it was their courteous helpfulness and efficiency which persuaded me to buy my replacement from them and will ensure I go to them in future. I was hunting around for the best deal on Miele goods and Appliance World not only responded to my request for a quote raised late at night online the very next morning but when I asked some supplementary questions I didn't get another email back but was telephoned by Lydia to ensure that she not only answered my questions but any further ones I might have had. Any doubts I'd had about dealing with an online company were eroded away at this point. I'd read many positive comments about Lydia and she certainly lived up to expectations. My kitchen installation was held back by delays to building work but this was not a problem and Appliance World held my order until it was needed saving me a storage headache. The goods arrived on the due date and in the specified time slot. However on installing one of the ovens a small dent was apparent in the metal trim - it's a moments like this that you find out about the quality of the company that you are dealing with. I emailed Appliance World and was immediately re-assured that this would be dealt with. Initially I thought they would just replace the oven door but no Lydia called me and asked if the appliance had been used. It hadn't so she said that a replacement oven would be sent out . That same day I had a delivery date for just over a week later and the oven arrived on that date and the damaged oven was taken away by a very cheerful and polite delivery driver.
I've seen previous comments urging Lydia's boss to give her a pay rise - if you haven't done it yet boss what are you waiting for? She is a credit to the company and I'd have no hesitation in recommending AW to anyone and that's largely due to the excellent service received from Lydia.

I chose Appliance World in the first instance because of the fantastic help and support I received in the pre-sales process. The fact that they were extremely competitive on price was of course also a great bonus.

When things didn't go quite to plan at the last minute of kitchen installation (a problem with other appliances and absolutely no fault of Appliance World) the extra level of customer service was then a divorce saving provision. They stepped in, took back an appliance (nothing wrong with it) and resupplied an alternative in order to help with our overall kitchen fitment, all at a super fast response and delivery time such that we could just about keep the project on plan - and still at a fantastic price.

The communication and customer support was excellent from the entire team but Lydia in particular stood out as head and shoulders above any other supplier I had had the misfortune to deal with with previously. I will always go back to Appliance World for future items and - to Lydia's boss, she needs a payrise.

I just ordered a Siemens hob from Lydia at Appliance World, who supplied it for a very competitive price, and I received delivery the Next Day!

Our personal contact throughout was with a gentlemen by the name of Rob, he was very attentive and took the time to hear our every detail requirement, learn our lifestyle, and then recommend the appliances that would be good value and suitable for our needs. Rob gave us so much confidence with his knowledge of the products that we ended up buying all our kitchen and utility appliances from him. Whilst pricing was a consideration, the expertise and personal service provided was invaluable. Even once the order was complete and payment made Rob was always available to address any questions we had from delivery to product information and functionality, I very much appreciated his time, never once did he make us feel rushed or hurried. To date, several months after taking delivery Rob attends our every call, with a personalised approach and always scores 10/10 for his on-going service. Purchased an expensive NEFF hob and when our kitchen fitter came to check dimensions the glass was shattered. I contacted the company immediately and they went over and beyond to help sort my problem out. Courteous and efficient from the date of the order to dealing with my problem especially when I was totally stressed out!!!!

My first purchase from Appliance World and from sourcing and agreeing the product, placing the order, to the prompt delivery the service and process was first class.

Dennis - How rude and abrupt! I took a day off work to be disrespected in my own home. I tried to explain the issue with my freezer and he over rided me every time I tried to speak didn't listen and told me "I don't have to accept everything you have to say"! He was rude even before he entered the building telling me "let me in I've already told you I've rang the bell"! An extremely disrespectful man. I defrosted my freezer for 48 hours and Dennis tells me u probably haven't defrosted it properly. I have never had an issue with a contractor and I am disgusted by this service. To top it all off he continued to knock on my door after I told him to leave!!!!!!!!!!!! This man clearly had an issue with women .

I recently experienced problems with my Fridge/freezer that I purchased in 2015 . Appliance World arranged relevant repairs and eventual replacement . They were very professional and helpful at all times. Rarely have I seen such efficient and caring service. I would definitely use this Company again knowing I have the reassurance of such excellent after sales service. Thanks Lydia.

Having recently acquired a number of appliances from this company then finding two to be unfit for purpose, through no fault of theirs, I found Appliance World to be thoroughly professional throughout with no issues on return of either the goods or the money. I would readily recommend this company.

Ordered a £652 tumble dryer which stated free delivery. Only to be told they can only delivery on a Tuesday as this is the only day they come to my area.. I am really flexible & can do all other 6 days of the week but unfortunately Tuesday's is the only day of the week I cannot do. They said there was no other option & therefore we have had to ask for a refund. The lady said on the phone it will be 48hours to go back on the card but her email now says up to 5 days. Really disappointing
