Hair oil is great, rest not so
Customer service is appaling. I've had issues twice with my order over 3 years and both times I've been ignored.
I've used a few of their products and I would only really recommend the night oil. I've been using it for 3 years and my hair is thicker than before. You really have to massage it in for it to work.
It's expensive when compared to Dabur and Vatika but I bulk buy and use discount codes. A bottle of night oil lasts me 3/4 months.
At the beginning my hair fell out a lot, I expected this after reading the website, now my hair are thicker but It's not helped them grow so I think those influencer reviews are over hyped.
The other products I have brought are the Oud shampoo, hair gummies and mens oil. All useless. My husband prefers the normal oil.
Beware the shampoos I brought only had a 6 month use by date on it. After getting in touch with customer service and complaining about the short date I was ignored (I brought 2 bottles). I had to go through PayPal to get a refund for them.
I use the XHC shampoo from pound shops. SLES and Parabens Free. Cheap cheerful and it actually works.
Overall verdict: oils are great, shampoo, gummies, mens oil and customer service are useless.
