Have used products for years. Since a new company has taken over there’s been changes in products. The luxury body wash is now less than half the size it was and watered down completely , no longer a body wash . And it’s at the exact same price. Highly disappointed

The body wash used to be a large bottle . Now it is half the size for the same price and completely watered down .not impressed. Have been a loyal customer for years and used to get a good discount but not any more since company went bankrupt .

The smell of rose n oud shampoo n conditioner smells so fragrant. Love it. I pamper my girls with these products....and I could smell if off their head.

I would love it if u made body oil smelling of this.

I have been using annesoil hair products for 4/5 years alhamdulillah very happy with them

Seller doesn't respond or willing to accept faulty returns. Ordered over £300 worth of stuff and none of it have a sceent to it and when questioned been told formulae still the same. I've been using these for some time and something has definitely changed in the perfume and hair masks

I made 2 orders on Anne beauty's website. After a month of waiting for each order, with no news of shipping, i contacted the seller. Not only did she not reply to my emails, or instagram messages, she also blocked me on instagram after i left a comment under one of her post. I never received my orders (which were both 100£ worth of products). I had to get a refund from Paypal for both orders.

I think she sends the orders to her UK customers but doesn't care about those outside of the UK and just take the money from us. My sister who also lives outside of the UK made a 200£ order and never received it.

If this happened to you, i would recommend making a complaint to your European Consumer Centre in your country in order to report her.

She is not professional at all. She doesn't reply to emails and block her own customers while charging money !! What kind of behavior is that ? Moreover the prices on her website are super expensive (and she's increasing them next month by the way). So you are basically giving loads of money away for nothing...

Do not buy from her !! It's not possible to support such an unethical seller.

I purchased 3 twin pack massage oil bottles whilst they had a buy 3 for 2 offer. However i only received 2 twin packs i have messaged and emailed their support numerous times without any response. This is not acceptable as i am a regular customer of theirs.

Really bad customer service, never reply to emails and always sending wrong products. Never purchasing from them again!

Poor company and after service. Don't even reply to emails. Sent out damaged goods to me and didn't replace the spilt shampoo. the oil is horrific don't bother waste of product. How such a poor company has such a following. Rubbish. Blocked me on instagram because i left a honest review.

The worst horrible company I ever had don’t waste your money and your time I don’t recommended them to no one I have made two order one never received nearly a month now and no answer and the other order I’ve received it was the wrong product I’ve tried to contacting them by mail but no answer I have contacted through Instagram I’ve been told they will send the right product again but they never did after that I’ve been told I have to send the wrong product first and then they will send me the right one . I had to open a case through PayPal and still waiting to get my full refund and send the wrong item back to them .

would give zero star if I could, absolutely horrendous customer service through email, tried to get product ingredients. instead of answering the question was told the product is out of stock. yes okay but thats not what i asked, i asked for ingredients, the fact that its showing as sold out can suggest it may be coming back in stock?

i then asked 'do you mean the product is not coming back in stock' this was all on the 3rd september 2021.

then emailed again on the 9th september 14:26pm after receiving no response to the above query stating customer service is not of a good level, and no response given till date and its now 15th september after 14:00pm while typing this review

So since the 3rd september i have received no response to my query.

Disgusting customer service is enough to put you off.

shahreen akhtar do better for your business, im not sure if you have staff attending to emails or yourself, regardless I should put a complaint into james and james who do your fulfilment service for annebeauty to let them know of the lack of customer service you guys actually offer and they should keep an eye out for any further complaints so they can just cancel the contract/service they offer you. i have evidence of the email chain as well.

I ordered these hoping for a small result even just better smoother hair... fair to say I may as well have just smothered my hair in baby oil.

No results and the day oil smell is seriously unbearable and the night oil stained my pillow . I wish I had just stuck to coconut oil.

I’m an old customer of Anne Beauty. I used to order all the time and always got my order on time so never had any need to contact them.
However, that changed this year because I ordered from Anne and never received my order, even though it was all in stock.
I contacted their customer service and was told that the shampoos and conditioners are on 4 week preorder and that it was stated on the website, which it wasn’t.
I then got an email saying dpd will deliver and they didn’t.
I then sent a further email and was told abruptly to be patient.
I was told that when will be available I will receive my order.
Then in another email a day or two later I was told the order was dispatched last week. I did finally receive the order but it was the customer service which was horrendous.
The worst is yet to come. My cousin spent almost £600 on hampers from Anne Beauty and she never received her order.
The emails she received from Anne were beyond horrendous. She was told that she is making fraudulent claims and that she should quit contacting them about her order or they will call the police. The order was delivered to a completely different address and they didn’t believe her, even though she had proof. They refused to listen to anything she had to say and simply said that the order has been fulfilled from their end.
The language used by Anne Beauty was awful and that is not how you speak to a customer. I will never order from them again and I would advise everyone not to order from them again either.

Purchased the day oil for my mum and she loved it! She said it’s made a massive difference to her hair and she’s been using it for 2 months now I think. She swears by it! And Anne was very helpful with any enquiries I had, thank you so much!

I purchased the oud shampoo plus the oud pamper oil and day and night oil.
The shampoo is nice but The scent is totally different to the oil.
The oud oil is nice
The shampoo label has peeled off now both sides which does not look the greatest
