Fantastic property agents! They really look after their tenants and there is always a friendly face happy to help if anything goes wrong. The personal touch (remembering your name, taking time to have a quick chat) really makes a big difference and makes you feel valued as a tenant. Couldn't recommend highly enough

If you want a first class letting agent then look no further than these guys. Reliable, friendly, efficient & on top of all the legislation required of landlords. I have no problem recommending them. And they make a first class job of vetting prospective tenants.

I was a tenant with Annan for two and a half years, and they were beyond expectations. Any problems and they would fix it straight away. Great availability if I needed to get hold of them, and plenty of notice if they needed access to the flat.
