It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Luke Avon — a top man! Very professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, and his excellent customer service really deserves recognition. A real credit to the team! Highly recommended!

Great experience with the FX payment service. The process was quick, straightforward, and professional. The exchange rate was competitive, and the payment was handled smoothly. My account manager Tansel was also helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable FX payment service.

Top class service as always from Matt and the team at Clear Capital. Always available when needing to sending international payments at the best rates. Can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the good work. 5*

I have been dealing with Matt Hallam at Clear Capital Exchange for a few years now and can honestly say they give an excellent service. Matt understands the foreign exchange markets completely and always give good advice for timely buying of currency/contracts. This service has allowed me to maximise the gains from the Forex market (USD) and minimise any losses (EUR). Our business has definitely benefited financially from the close relationship with Matt at ClearCap and we consider them a true Business Partner. He is always professional and is constantly monitoring the markets for the best currency deal or contract which has given stability to our overseas purchasing and thereby securing improved costing and gross margin.

Clear Capital have allowed my business to be more competitive and efficient. Tansel and Tommy are consistently there for us with support and guidance… our business is stronger since the start of our collaboration with Clear Capital!

Very easy, great communication and the best rate. Luke and the team, made the process frictionless and provided the best rates.

We were lucky to have found Clear Capital when we were looking to convert the funds from our house sale in the UK to Euros at a time of uncertainty in the market. Luke Avon took the time to talk us through the process, the options available and helped us to secure the best exchange rate out of the various brokers we spoke to. Brilliant experience, would highly recommend.

This is an excellent system, very easy to use and very intuitive.

Luke and team have been always helpful, makes everything simple and given best rates. Have used them for over 9 years now and taken them with every company I have worked at.

Very good service from Luke Avon, highly recommended.

Luke Avon was outstanding. He was always available, incredibly responsive, professional, extremely patient and so
understanding as he guided me through what I found to be an overwhelmingly intimidating process of individual fund transfer from one country to another. Luke made the entire process seem so easy, straightforward and manageable.
I would highly recommend.

Been dealing with Luke now in a business capacity for a few months and the service is top level.

Happy clients and the communication and detail to information is top quality.

Highly recommend and here’s to many more years of working together.

Absolutely terrible and rush!

Unsubscribed from emails 3-5 continuous BS emails!

Updated 4/2/2025 replying to my review stating I leave bad reviews it absolutely disgusting just shows rubbish and pathetic your staff and business really is!

I have left one previous bad review which is backed up by legal documents, so accusing me of damaging your reputation is a joke!

Very friendly and reliable service. Clear information step by step, and always keep you informed. Highley recommended.

I would like to share my experience with Clear Cap Exchange. Having worked with various FX partners, I have noticed a significant difference in every aspect of your service—from the onboarding process to the transparency and competitiveness of your rates. The support has been prompt and effective, whether it involves executing trades, offering advice, or providing guidance.

From the outset, Clear Cap Exchange has provided exceptional support and expertise. Luke, in particular, has gone above and beyond to ensure a seamless process, making himself available outside of regular hours to meet my needs. Your dedication and willingness to assist after hours have greatly reinforced my trust and confidence in your service.

Clear Cap Exchange consistently delivers the best market rates I have encountered, combined with a level of transparency, confidentiality, and discretion that sets you apart from any other FX partner I have worked with. Your service emphasises trust, personalised care, and efficiency, placing you far ahead of the competition. You are my preferred choice for any international transfers, and I have complete confidence in the Clear Cap team to ensure smooth and efficient transactions every time.

I highly recommend Clear Cap Exchange for anyone seeking a partner who truly prioritises financial well-being and offers unparalleled market insight and support.
