We regularly use A-One as part of a portfolio insurance package on behalf of our clients. She is consistently helpful, professional, and polite - providing and excellent service all round. On occasion there will be a significant amount of communication between us to activate and progress claims to their conclusion. Janine is particularly swift at responding to client and customer queries and does so in a calm and professional manner (even when the particular communication may be frustrating).
