Annan Solicitors & Estate Agents Recensioni

10/10 Service couldn't recommend more.

The team at Annan were extremely professional and knowledgable and made the experience of selling my property stress free and swift.

Thank you Annan

Michael and the team at Annan couldn’t have been more helpful in securing the property I was buying and subsequently selling mine. They communicated all steps of the process, keeping my mind at ease. The property photography and marketing was of an extremely high quality and they turned it around and got it on the market very quickly. We accepted an offer from a buyer significantly over the home report. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

So glad I chose Annan to sell my flat in Musselburgh. Fraser was fantastic from his pricing strategy to handling all the viewings and always being on hand to answer my queries. I felt in safe hands from start to finish and accepted an offer in just 2 weeks! Huge thanks to Fraser, Calum and Kirsten. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Annan again in the future.

Having never sold a house before Michael made this experience extremely less stressful. He was always at the end of the phone during the whole thing, very efficient and put me at ease! I can’t recommend Annan enough. I had quotes from other estate agents which were completely out of control, but the pricing with Annan is very fair and reasonable. We managed to sell my flat in less than two weeks, Michael kept me updated throughout and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you!

We have used Annan to sell 2 properties in the last year and cant speak highly enough of the service they provide.

Communication is great, we were really happy with how the property was advertised, and they were always on hand with friendly advice if and when required.

Overall we couldn't have asked for more, I would definitely recommend.

We recently sold our flat with Annan Solicitors and Estate Agents. They managed to get our property on the market very quickly, working together 24/7, even over the Easter holiday weekend arranging viewings which resulted in our flat selling the following day. They really are a great team. We really felt we were in safe, competent hands. Thank you Fraser, Calum and Kirsten, it was really great to work with a company that offers such a good all round service.

Thanks for handling the sale of our house in Corstorphine. Smooth process and good marketing.

Michael and the team are great and so easy to work with.

I used Annan to sell my late mother’s house. The help and advice I received from Michael and his team was invaluable. From the start coming to the house and setting out the selling process, all the necessary steps eg home reports, valuation getting the house ready for selling. With the excellent advise and the professional way everything was handled we had offers and were able to except one, with the sale taking less than 2 weeks.

We had a great experience with Annan property who provided an excellent service with the sale of our flat. Michael and the team at Annan were very attentive and helpful from start to finish. Their advice on how to present the property was really helpful. Our flat sold within a week for a price we were very happy with. I definitely recommend them.

Recently sold my property with Annan - very impressed at the service. Property was sold within 1 week, the process was very quick and straightforward, and Fraser, Calum and the rest of the team were always happy to provide quick and helpful advice.

Exceptional service from the team at Annan when dealing with the sale of my parents' house.
The whole process from valuation, photos and marketing of the property was very smooth and the house sold in under 2 weeks.
Their advice given throughout was excellent, as was the communication from the team.

We welcomed the advice we received from Annan at all stages of the sale process and their ability to use their knowledge of the local market and their contacts. Our sale went through smoothly and quickly. We have used them before and will be happy to use them again.

The team at Annan were always available for advice and assistance and actioned what they said they would!

The sale of my property progressed without issue making the whole experience flawless.

Keep up the good work and thank you!

Would recommend Annan, my property was sold within 2 weeks. Easy and hassle free process

We had a first class experience selling our property through Annan Solicitors and Estate Agents. Michael knows the market inside out and gave practical and pragmatic advice. He set realistic expectations and we trusted his judgement explicitly. In very difficult market conditions and through some challenging personal circumstances the whole team was 100% supportive. They are always available and professional in every respect and offer a personal touch. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Annan to friends and family.

When we were in distress due to the unlawful actions of our previous agent and the mess left by the tenants in our flat, Michael extended his hand to help us. He seamlessly took over from the previous agent, ensuring a stress-free transition, and efficiently collected the rent for us. I am not only impressed by the diligent work of this company but also deeply grateful for their assistance in our time of need.

I have dealt with Michael and his team on a series of property transactions and the service has always be first class.
The team are very friendly, proactive and positive and they also remain calm and considerate during the more anxious periods of the sale and purchase that is really helpful and reassuring.
I will definitely use Michael and the team again they go above and beyond to make the process as stress free as they can.
