Great service and products as always. All your needs for supplies from one company

I returned two items that arrived at their return handling center on July 6, but I still haven't received my refund. AniForte's responses have been quite slow and infuriating, and it seems like they are purposely being obtuse.They sent me a return label with a tracking code, so I don't understand why they haven't tracked or noticed the arrival of the package. I'm starting to think they are trying not to give me my refund.

Too early to say whether affect on cats coat will be improved but I'm hopeful. He doesn't seem to mind it. Good size bottle for money. Delivery good

We were looking for a supplement for our 9kg mixed breed terrier who has pancreatitis and is fed a 50:50 diet of cold pressed kibble along with home cooked white fish, rice and vegetables.
We needed to bridge the gap to ensure she gets all the vitamins and minerals she needs which aren’t provided by the home-cooked 50% of her diet.
She’s only been on it a week or so and therefore is difficult to judge any impactful outcomes, this is also due to her undergoing tests for Cushings at present.
What we can say though is that the supplement was delivered very quickly, our dog absolutely loves the taste and cannot identify any ill effects from introducing it. It’s a good price, nicely packed with a little measuring spoon to make things easier. She has it sprinkled on her food three times a day. Great company, very efficient, and we have the reassurance that our dog is now getting everything she needs from her nutrition for her health and wellbeing 🙂.

After a couple of weeks of using the Green-lipped mussel and my dog is no longer stiff. Just started trying the dental topper it smells great!

So glad I didn't buy the more expensive product from another company that had added unnatural ingredients.

Requested a return almost immediately as realised ordered incorrect item. Was promised a returns label, several phone calls and emails 2 weeks later no label or response.

I have been using AniForte for nearly two years now, Their products are great and I have always found them a very good company, They also offer good customer service such as advise on their products that you want to query regarding feeding etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone with regards to their pet and pet health.

Excellent product and service.
The algal oil is very concentrated so a little goes a long way. I prefer to use this rather than fish oils which are often from farmed fish, reared in dubious conditions.
Our dog likes the oil mixed with his kibble in the evening.
I like the glass bottle for packaging.
Only improvement would be a more robust dropper, then it would be 5stars.

Quick delivery and great service. Would be helpful to have wider range available direct from Nutriment (only certain products are), or an easier online order method

Products were great until they sent me a 4 month supply that only had a month of shelf life on them. I have returned the products over a week ago and they have been recieved BUT still no refund and no reply to my email. Not impressed at all.

1- sending out products with short shelf life for full price.

2-They were fully aware of the short shelf life as they reduced the price on the website to reflect this but didn't extend this price reduction to subscribers

3- Didn't inform me they had sent items going out of date

4--No refund to date

5-No reply to my email.

Shame as these were perfect but I will NOT order again very disappointed

My dog has been on Antiforte for years . I feel that it supplements her raw,food diet safely . Her coat is thick and shiny, she has no infections, skin , dental people's etc and I am happy her diet is complete and comprehensive . Delivery is prompt and the price is more than reasonable .

The products are great you guys support my pet food bank which is amazing everything I have received has gone a long way to helping others and I'm very greatful for that
