Delivery is getting later and later and sometimes not even on the same day, when the food defrosts it smells off, I think it’s because it’s not left in a refrigerator, this has happened a few times and if it happens again I’m not ordering anymore

I love this food but ordering it direct was a bit of a messy disaster. The box had not been well handled by the courier and the packaging allowed too much room for movement so my sausages of raw meat were well and truly bashed. I emailed to let Nutriment know but never heard back. So I may in future only buy from stockist instead of getting it delivered.

I haven’t recive any order , I suppose to pick it up from the ho but I haven’t receive any text or email saying is ready to pick up .

Your front of house employees need more management support to keep customers informed of stock availability., following being out of stock.

Your systems are slow, collection at appointed time should be swifter. Chairs for waiting customers in shop required.

Put up with it at moment as product is good., however you nearly lost me to another raw meat provider.
Just hope service improves.

Since we started using Nutriment about 5 years ago, they have improved massively. Their website is very intuitive now and makes it easy to re-order. Their deliveries are 100% reliable and efficient, sometimes arriving the next day, but never a wait longer than 2 days. The quality of the food has never wavered and our dogs love it.

First class service and delivery

No response from chat, could not find a phone number. Order was delayed with no explanation. Eventually replied saying awaiting stock for one item so order was put on hold. Advised to just remove item as food needed urgently which was done. Should have been given the choice straight away.

1st order arrived defrosted, 2nd order arrived defrosted so soft I can put my thumb into the meat 5KG of meat wasted, its smells off, cannot understand why they dont use adequate ice packs and good insulation. Looks like they are cutting corners trying to be green, this is starting to show by the amount of people complaining. What a waste of meat trying to have less packaging, well it's not really green if the meat cannot be consumed and throw away what a waste! Ive complained twice now and its fallen on deaf ears, I think they think we will just put up with it but I won't Ill take my business somewhere else as their frozen product do not arrive frozen. It's a waste of animal produce to be chucked away. Ive told nutriment that their insulation packaging is useless but they are not remedying it and still doing the same thing I think I'll try and report this in a consumer report as its not fair on the customer. What a waste of my time and my money in the bin. Useless!

my very fussy older dog absoloutely loves it.She clears the plate in minutes.
I really feel I am giving her the best diet.

Nutriment raw food is an excellent product. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the service when buying direct - delays in despatch, a lack of communication, with emails never responded to and a phone that rings out and isn't answered a lot of the time.

I placed my order every item was in stock the only problem encountered was when my son went to pick up the order I had no idea that the business had relocated

My order was delayed by three days without notification or an explanation. Only 1/5 of my order was delivered and it was half defrosted when delivered.

Delivery better than last time but not as good as previously yet. Communication ok but not as great as previously. Looking forward to further improvement back to your excellent service previously offered.

I paid about £7 for delivery. It arrived a day late and defrosted. I had to accept it as had nothing to feed the dog otherwise.

I am another long term loyal customer that has been let down with the now very poor delivery and communication. I seem to remember getting a email about a warehouse move - looking at other recent reviews I see I’m not the only one who has found it to be a complete disaster.
My last delivery arrived 5 days after dispatch ( defrosted and stinking) this was then replaced by customer services with a promise it would be with me in 3 days, when it hadn’t arrived 5 days later I rang again to be told it hadn’t even been dispatched as they were out of stock. When I asked why I hadn’t been advised I was told the warehouse hadn’t told customer services so they hadn’t told me ! By this time I was completely out of my backstock and had to make a 70 mile round trip to buy emergency supply’s .
Hugely disappointed as previously they had been so reliable , very sad as the product is very good .

Great customer service

I had a word with the delivery driver and he informed me not to order over a bank holiday as they are off Friday Monday so no orders processed.
