Very helpful with good knowledge about pets

Unfortunately this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
My order was dispatched far later than the shipping times published on AniForte’s own website and there were no proactive updates explaining the delay. I had to keep contacting the company myself just to find out what was happening.
The customer service experience was equally confusing. I called the telephone number listed on the AniForte website, only to be told that I had reached their sister company Nutra Raw. The person who answered said they did not even know why their number was listed on the AniForte website.
Eventually AniForte confirmed that one item was out of stock and said a refund would be processed. The rest of the order did arrive, but the refund still has not been resolved. I have since had to chase repeatedly, despite confirming that there is no issue with our PayPal account and that we have received other PayPal refunds without any problem.
What has been most disappointing is the lack of initiative. At no point did I feel that anyone was taking ownership of the issue or trying to offer a practical solution. Instead each response simply seems to lead to another round of waiting and chasing.
All of this is over a tiny refund amount, but why should a company simply keep money for an item it did not supply?
The amount still outstanding is very small, but that is not really the point. Customers should not have to spend this much time pursuing a company over an order, a missing item and a promised refund.
Sadly based on this experience I would not feel confident ordering from AniForte again.
UPDATE: All sorted in the end. We have agreed on a replacement product.

The dosage is not clear on the initial advertising and I ordered far more than I need. The dosage on the tub is 0.5g per 10kg of dog. I don’t know yet how effective it is as the dog hasn’t had much yet.

It's been nearly 10 days since I purchased my supplements and I've had no update since on where my order is. All I know is that it's on its way but it's said that for over a week now. I've contacted via email and havent heard anything yet

Reliable quality products: Just purchased Green Lipped Muscles for my dog again and she loves it. Looking very healthy and happy.

I ordered. They delivered successfully and promptly. What arrived was exactly what I ordered.

I think the product was good the postage was swift however it was disappointing to be forced into a subscription when I just wanted a one-off product other than that all good.

AniForte have taken payment for a couple of items ordered over a week ago. Since then I have received an email saying the items will not be delivered because there is no stock and my payment has not been refunded. No other information has been received and no indication whether AniForte intend to honour my order or confirm I will receive a refund and when. I am less than impressed!

I really like this company. They give good advice when asked without pushing their products. The products they do sell are excellent! I use joint products, green lipped mussels and rose hip I would 100% recommend

Nice complete vitamin and mineral supplement, palletable didn't smell her by and didn't upset my dogs stomachs .

Product arrived swiftly but bears no clear instructions on dosage e.g on weight/size of cat.

Easy to order and quick delivery,good easy product to use, my dog doesn't really like it so I have to make sure it's mixed in well.
Would recommend to others.

We have always used aniforte green lipped mussel powder. My dog’s are active and after one sustained a muscle injury i started on supplements. We haven’t had any repeat injuries since! Swear by this stuff, we’re also looking into more of their supplements to help aid my tiny pomchi’s luxating patella and plated leg. I love how they really explain each product to see if it suits your dog, plenty of info on each product and they’re so friendly when you need a bit of extra support!

It is 1 weeks since I ordered and nothing has een sent, and no replies to my emails

I would never bought this product if I
had known. I would not give it to my dogs, because if has that effect on humans what effects on dogs?

Been using the fruit and veg for raw diet mix and our Rottweilers love it! Once soaked in warm water for 20 minutes, it looks more like fresh veg and less like rabbit food so dont let the initial appearance put you off!
Our dogs are getting all the benefits of added fibre and vitamins alongside their raw diet and leave empty bowls every time .
