I have been really happy with the communication and general services provided by AM Surveying & Block Management so far. Ever since they were appointed an and replaced Omnicroft last year, their service has been faultless. Communication is great, emails are answered quickly and professionally, the contrast with the previous property management is as clear as night and day. I can regularly see AMSBM cars around the development, its great to see they regularly visit and care for the properties they manage.
I have exchanged with Angela from finance, as swell as Sarah and Elise-Robyn from property management, they have all been brilliant. Keep it up...

Total disrespect for data protection. Issued details of everyone's service charge balances along with the service charge accounts. Heard first hand how they mark up suppliers and/or collect commissions.

Sam was great, showed up on time, kept the place clean and tidy and done a great job with the preparation work in our bathroom. Ready to come back and finish the painting tomorrow.

We were very happy with Andrew who repaired our fire door in our apartment , he was very helpful and informative and left the property very tidy and clean.

As a new Leaseholder after a lifetime of being a freeholder and with all of the sensationalist reporting of horrific practices by some management organisations, we were extremely concerned as to how the future would hold for us.
Can’t say that everything is perfect, there are a always some issues, however we have a manager for our Block, Lois, who is readily accessible, understands the situations and acts promptly. We are extremely grateful for all that Lois has done for us in our new home

I have worked with many managing agent companies before and AM is by far the most responsive and efficient block management company, for both client landlords and residents. Everyone I have interacted with from operations to accounts and legal have been friendly, professional, and quick to resolve issues competently and compliantly.
