DO NOT Engage them! …If you love your building.
There is no direct phone number for the agent to our building. No vmail, messages left do not get any response. Emails take for ever to get a response and serious issues get ignored. As a Leaseholder I am constantly told what "their Client" wants or does not want. Routine maintenance is done/not done by trainees without any supervisors, so is a waste of our money! Erroneous information is given and the creative financing and false charges added will drive you crazy.

Repair to collapsing fences
Arrived on the grounds got straight on with the job knew exactly how to deal with the fencing that was near to collapse did an excellent job and even tried to get the graffiti off that was on the pavement side. A very good knowledgeable and friendly person 👍10 out of 10 👍
