Having shopped around, American Attractions was the cheapest I could find. Tickets arrived three days after ordering; physical ones, as opposed to vouchers. Recommended.

I want to thank the team at American Attractions for helping us sort out our tickets under the difficult circumstances of the last few years. I want to particularly thank Theresa for her emails during the time we were trying to get our 2020 tickets transferred to 2022 tickets. She helped save our holiday.
Excellent service since the first time I spoke to anyone in the team. Would highly recommend.

Good price. Took a few weeks for my tickets to arrive and I ended up ringing up to chase it. Would have been helpful to have had an email with an expected dispatch date as I was worried they’d been lost in the post.

I booked an extremely last minute trip and needed Disney tickets within 2 days. I was told over the phone that because it was a weekend there unfortunately wasn’t anyone in to do the ticketing. I was then assured that they would put my request as urgent so it could be done first thing Monday morning. Well…to my surprise I actually had my Disney tickets emailed over to me that evening! Fantastic customer service, I just wish I got the lovely girls name who I spoke to on the phone!

Beware of this issue I booked my tickets pre covid and now the prices are cheaper by £100 and they wouldn’t price match they said it would need to be done within 7 days of booking.
With covid you think they would be able to change it for people who booked during the pandemic. Tickets arrived through the post I was supposed to get the tickets much earlier but because of a free voucher for NASCAR but they didn’t have any in stock they couldn’t print tickets ( I told them it’s fine) because I just wanted my tickets but I never got offered a alternative voucher elsewhere
Customer service on the phone are friendly but I’d say my experience hasn’t been amazing considering I booked pre covid and didn’t cancel the tickets like a lot of people did during that time. I do think they could do better they are legit and the tickets arrived quick enough after the voucher was sorted.

American Attractions dealt with my problem very quickly and efficiently. After losing my Orlando tickets due to moving, I contacted them and they confirmed as I had flex plus they could get new tickets out to me. These tickets arrived after a couple of weeks later. Fantastic service thank you.

I'm taking the family to Florida in August 2022 for a long overdue vacation. Flights, Car and Villa booked, I turned to the minefield for them park tickets. A Google search returned hundreds of options!

I scoured the web for endless hours comparing prices and combo options. It was frustrating to the nth degree but when I eventually found American Attractions - I was MASSIVELY surprised. The prices were the lowest ANYWHERE. So damn good that I had to call the hotline just to confirm!

I got through to an amazing advisor who talked me through the options. The net result was that I got an EVEN lower price than quoted on the website. I even went so far as to compare these to Disney, Universal, Gatorland and Kennedy for reference.

American Attractions were cheaper.

The payment options were:
a) All up front
b) Deposit up front and incremental payments.
c) Deposit now and pay the rest later (up to 6 weeks before travel).

I took option C.

To summarise:
1) Cheapest on the Web
2) Cheaper still on the phone
3) Better prices than the theme parks themselves
4) Flexible payment options.

Absolute pleasure. Would highly recommend them and will use them again in future no doubt!
