Horrible customer service. If you want next day delivery or just want it quick DO NOT BUY from here. paid extra for next day delivery, then 2 days later they sent me an email asking for ID when i already sent my ID the first time i ordered. They then ignore all my emails asking where my order is. It then ended up coming around 6 days later. Many of my friends have had the same problem. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Paid £6 for next day delivery for it to come 2 weeks later and one of the pods was broken

Never will I use these again in my life, ordered stuff, some things missing, other stuff came

I had a problem with the courier not delivering my order, I contacted electrofag’s customer service team via email and arranged a replacement order to be sent out and provided me with updates throughout.

Customer service is great (thanks Evan). I had some issues with delivery that weren’t Alectrofag’s fault. Both the response given and response time have been great.

I order from here frequently and the dispatch and delivery time is very quick.

Have made fair few orders. Any issues they were sorted promptly.

I placed a few orders with Alectrofag in the past, on the last occasion Royal Mail never delivered my items. After making contact with the customers services at Alectro. They resent the order without any hassle. Highly recommend and will continue to buy my items through Alectrofag! 👍🏻 Top customer services.

Royal Mail didn’t deliver my parcel. Alectrofag, responded in a timely manner and sorted the issue within a couple days. Got a replacement order. Good members of staff. Very respectful and kind. Will use again!

Had a little bit of an issue with one of the Hayati pro ultra vapes when I ordered two, got in touch with a team member called Evan, absolutely spot on and extremely professional even offered to replace my vape before I could even ask for a replacement and is already on it's way to me. Great value for money and more than happy with the product itself. Will not go anywhere else for my vapes from now on.

Bought 3 vapes, 1 was burnt from the first drag, it made me gag so bad it tasted awful!!! The writing on the vape itself doesn’t seem legitimate, I have had these vapes before therefore I’m aware how they should look like and taste like. These are definitely not the same! 2nd vape, the colour of the vape is like bright hot pink, its the blackcurrant menthol vape, it should be a bright purple. Again, I have had this vape in the past , this is NOT the colour. So I didn’t even bother vaping as it seems soooo fake. The 3rd vape I haven’t even bothered opening as I know these are not legitimate. SO disappointed!! Paid £30 to get burnt and fake vapes!

Contacted the team through the website when Royal Mail had redirected and my order hadn’t arrived, the team tried to move the order along and then sent a replacement order out free of charge that arrived the next day! Amazing customer service and pleased with the outcome

Update 1 month on - I’ve now had a chance to use the two eco nano pods I bought at the same time as the juices I’ve reviewed below. Both have had a burnt taste from day 1, and I’m not sure if they are perhaps not genuine, as never had two duds in one pack before. Contacted them but got no reply. Just a heads up if you’re considering buying eco nano pods.

Excellent service. Next day delivery. Had an issue with a product being damaged and their customer service was exceptional. Will definitely be using them again.
