Dear Nathan,
Thank you for your feedback. We truly value your input and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
For every Zap Instafill device, a set of manual instructions is included to help with understanding the working and assembly process. The manual provides step-by-step guidance on setting up the device. After assembly, it’s essential to turn the device upside down, allowing the e-liquid to flow into the coil. Additionally, giving the coil 10 minutes of prime time ensures it absorbs the e-liquid properly before use.
It’s unfortunate that you’ve had this issue, and we understand your frustration. We’ve received your email and will work to turn this experience into a positive one. Our team will follow up with you shortly to assist further.
Thank you for your patience, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
Best regards,

Thank you for your feedback regarding your order status. We want to clarify that whenever a customer places an order, they receive a confirmation email indicating that we have successfully received their order. This email does not confirm delivery.
Please check your confirmation email for more details. If you could share your email address and order number, we would be happy to look into this further and resolve any issues you may have.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to assisting you!
