No issues for me everything was as promised.

I would leave no stars if it were an option. The worst parking service EVER. At drop off we waited (with three small children) for over 30 minutes, no apology at all. However on return it was even worse. We called as instructed and waited over 30 minutes. Having called multiple times and been told 2-3 minutes the car eventually arrived... and drove straight off again. It transpires that the company is breaking the law by using the passenger drop off area for its service and as the police were present they just drove off. The police told us that even though they are breaking the law the ticket they issue goes to the car owner. After much shouting the driver brought the car back, to make things worse the car was covered in mud, filthy inside and stank of McDonalds.

Even though they are cheap I wouldn't use or recommend these cowboys.

Booked & paid £59.99 online for StanstedMeetandGreetparking.co.uk When I received the confirmation email, it stated that i was also responsible for a £5.50 car park charge at drop-off AND pick-up. There was no option to cancel the booking so i was ripped off.

Great service and they arrived at pick up and return promptly . Both drivers were very nice and helpful . Will use them again . Good service at a fair price .

PARKING COWBOYS!!!!
The good: Drop off and pick up went alright as we had midday flights.
The worst: The car had came back in an awful condition full of mud on the wheels and thought disappointed at first till I got inside and found the car has been properly searched in all compartments/ pockets/ door bins/ boot and lots of small but valuable stuff missing like: diagnosis car computer/ car wifi router/ usb stick/ parfume. The would have been safer parked on the f@%#*g street.
I’ve only been told to write a complaint to their email address which I got no response..
SERIOUSLY PLEASE AVOID THEM REGARDLESS THE COST!!!!!!

So this is roughly £10-£20 cheaper than any other option so that's a positive.
However, upon ringing them at 04:30, 30 mins ahead of when we expected to be there, the person that was meant to be there was still 20 mins late (Thankfully there were no security queues)
Another issue was that I had left myself and my passenger some food and drink ready for our return in the book and back seat, this somehow disappeared.
I was also given a little food parcel/present from my parent which was also taken from the back seat (Which was covered by a big quilt)
Furthermore, £3 in change had disappeared from the compartment in the middle and a tissue was left in its place.
Then upon return, the first thing that was said to me when giving the car back was "Wow, I wasn't expecting this thing to be so fast and nippy" So i assume they ragged it around quite a bit.
Finally, the car was filthy, dirt over all four tyres and spray up to the back windows like it was parked in a mud swamp.
Would I use this service again? no.
Am I happy with this service? no.
Do I recommend this service? Well if you're really strapped for £10-£20, you don't have anything in the car, you don't care who is driving and nor do you care where it's parked whilst you're gone, then do it. Otherwise I wouldn't. It does fit the "Best Price" but is it worth it? I've passed this onto some friends planning to fly in Manchester and they said it's probably of more worth to just park up and pay the extra money.
PS, we were stood next to a guy who had been waiting nearly 2 hours, I thought he was joking until it was confirmed by the guy who dropped my car off.

We have used this service 3 times now and it has transformed our travelling experience. It’s so easy to book, and means we can take our time making our way to the airport in our own car. Then all we do is hand over the keys - and that’s it! It’s fast, easy, and so convenient! I thoroughly recommend this service.

I sent them an email day before returning to UK clearly stating the airline, flight number and the arrival time at 23:30. they mistook it as 11:00am. when we arrived and tried to arrange the car collection, they found the mistake but said our car could not be delivered because the office was closed. We ended up to get a taxi home and got a cab back to the airport the following morning to collect our car.
We made a claim for the taxi and cab fare two months ago and they didn't even give us a reply- AWFUL

Booked this company for meet and greet at Manchester Airport for 4 days. No problems dropping off but on returning to get my car, found it was covered in mud, inside and out (obviously been taken for a ride) muddy foot prints in passenger seats (obviously had more than one passenger) cigarette lighter left also and I had a full tank of petrol in it, but was empty on return. The drivers are foreign and speak little English. On arrival had to ring numerous occasions to speak to someone. If you use this company make sure you take photos of your mileage, petrol gauge and marks/scratches. Currently waiting to see if I get re embursed, absolute cowboy outfit

Booked in 2 cars for pickup at Manchester Airport for 4am on Sunday 14th October, we stayed overnight at Premier Inn and at 340am called to arrange pickup. Guy at the other end said he had no note of our booking and that he didn't even have 2 drivers to pick up our cars, he then hung up the phone on me and we were stranded at 4am with no car parking for our cars. Luckily I remembered a firm Hunters, that I had got a price from and my son phoned them up. They were wonderful, guy gave us the postcode, said not to panic we had plenty of time for our 630 flight, and just to make our way there and he would get us sorted. (will be doing a review for Hunters who will get 5 stars).

I have tried to get hold of this company and also Manchester chauffeur meet and greet who was supposed to take our car. Managed to speak to a young girl who promised to send me her email address, but it doesnt work. So I have taken this up with my credit card company and will be looking at the next step, These people are putting people's holidays at risk by being dishonest and IMHO commiting fraud!!!!!! I have used many car companies over the years and this is the 1st time I have ever been conned out of my hard earned cash!!!! Please dont think because you get a good price you will get a good service, pay the extra £5/10 and use Hunters or similar companies. There are good ones out there and sadly this time I have been fleeced.

We booked with this company as they were the cheapest valet pick up and drop off service. I checked the reviews only after I had booked and saw they had received some poor ones and I was worried. However I cannot fault the service we received. We arrived late to drop the car off due to traffic and the company were great altering times so long as we communicated with them. The same happened on our return due to baggage and again they accommodated the delay. The car was as we left it with no overuse of mileage. I would recommend them yes and they were a lot cheaper than some of the other companies I initially looked at.

Top Service

Had absolutely no issues or problems. Everything ran very smoothly. Pick up superb. I was called whilst collecting my luggage. The driver then called me to arrange location. Very impressed. Will use again

Booked 5 days in advance of travel but then had misgivings about this kind of service and cancelled within 30mins. Was told I wouldn't get a refund as I had booked a "Saver" service. Utter nonsense. Seems to be operated by idiots or conmen or both.

Improving Service...
The process of leaving my car wasn’t the clearest as I was expecting signage of some description but there wasn’t any.
When it came to collecting the car (I was extremely tired) it was an absolute pleasure! I rang when I collected my case, the gentleman on the phone was very nice and explained my car would be 20 mins. It was there within 20 minutes and had a floor cover on so to keep it clean. The gentleman put my case in the boot and off I went. Super efficient. Will use again.

the customer service is none excisting... after 5 emails trying to cancel, they send another confirmation email to confirm the booking. i have called the phone number constantly for 5 days, never gets answered just a message saying message box full. i cancelled after reading other reviews saying people were left stranded at the airport without they're vehicles.
12 days now since i cancelled... no refund yet, no phone call yet, no email yet. fuming is an understatement.... im actually now thinking of meeting their driver in the carpark they arranged to meet me in, to get my money of him.

Hideous. No one answered the phone, no one arrived to collect the car, and had to use another provider for collection at a much higher cost as last minute. The company will not answer the phone and have emailed my complaint and refund request three times with no reply. Have contacted Watchdog as the company is run by a bunch or cowboys/girls. Leave well alone.

Very efficient Good price and easy to use

I had a very smooth Meet and Greet experience with this company. I had to change my times and they were extremely flexible about changing. I rang them 20 minutes before arrival and they were there to greet me.
No problems encountered.

Convenient and competitive. Very easy to drop off and pickup so overall a great service.
