Appalling service, told it would take 15-20 minutes for my car to arrive, left standing for 50 minutes in 1 degree temperature, which made me feel ill. Due to delayed flight I had to pay extra, this was demanded in cash without a receipt, when I said that the company needs to invoice me the extra money I have to pay as a receipt could not be provided, their staff jumped out the car with my keys and said I could not have my car back unless I paid the cash.

Car in appalling condition, complained but no complaints process implemented, no investigation and no explanation why staff do not carry receipt books.

Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs! I was led to believe that meet and greet was the easiest and fastest way to arrive at an airport and have your car waiting, or at least on way to you. APE think that an hours wait and three phone calls before they deliver the car is just fine. No apologies and the on ly explanation was we are a bit busy at them moment. Stood in a car park (that I could have just paid for instead) for an hour in the freezing cold. Waste of money.

I have used their services many times and it was awesome. I didn’t wait much for the shuttle to take me to my terminal. It saved my time and money both. They have quick service with affordable price. Thankyou Airport parking essentials for such a nice and trustworthy service.

A very good experience. I used meet and greet parking, and it was awesome! The driver was so decent and inviting. it was my first experience with the company and it genuinely made me feel wonderful!
timing was perfect. My vehicle was returned in a similar condition flawless and clean on the ideal time.
I would recommend everybody to blindly use the company for any parking offer and I am never gonna miss any chance in future to avail it <3

Hi, Airport Parking Essential has pleasing services. Its staff is very cooperating and caring. The first time I have used their Meet and Greet service and I was really impressed. Recommend you Airport Parking Essential for easy "car parking" and would also use this again!

Avoid these absolute scammers!
They took payment twIcefrom my card,then it took three days of contacting them them to speak to anybody to eventually get one transaction refunded! I thought I would try to get hold of their “chauffeur”who was meant to be meeting myself and my 1year old daughter for a 5am flight,no answer,no other numbers to contact and then 2days trying to get through to their customer service!!!!!still awaiting my refund!!!!Reporting them to my bank and also trading standards, low life, scum. I hope one day their staff and owners have the same stress and disappointment their customers receive

Don’t use this bunch of cowboys - they are useless. I’m sure their advertising is against Trade Descriptions, they ought to be closed down.
On the outbound trip they were 25 minutes late collecting the car. Phoned a couple of times to find out where they were, and when I finally got through the chap on the phone was at best unprofessional, worst verging on rude. While we didn’t miss the flight it meant we could not get any food and had to rush through the airport - not the start to the holiday I wanted.
On the return I followed the instructions, calling when I had collected my bags to be told the car would be delivered in 15 minutes and to go to the pick up point. 40 minutes later, having to stand in the wind and rain, it still hadn’t arrived!
Whenever I phoned to speak to someone I got a patronising recorded message saying how busy they were - what a load of cr*p, it’s obvious they are chronically understaffed - and had to wait up to 5 minutes to get through.
It would have been cheaper and quicker (and warmer!) to have used the long stay car park and have to take the 10 minute bus ride.

I booked this meet and greet service but decided to cancel it for two reasons, 1 - the amount I was charged was different to what was quoted, 2 - I read reviews and was mortified by other Customer experiences. I called the number on the email several times to cancel but they never answer. The email address they gave on the email was also incorrect, it was as if they didn’t want you to contact them. Eventually I got a message through their portal which they replied to confirm that my booking was cancelled and I would get a refund (minus £10 fee) within 7 working days. It’s been a month and still no refund and no response via email or their portal. Absolute shambles of a company. Avoid at all cost!

WHAT A COMPLETE SHOWER OF S###...ring up 30mins before to arrange meet and greet we had booked and paid for, 'phone currently switched off' message....sent several texts....NOTHING...rang and rang and rang and rang....NOTHING...meet and greet didn't show up, consequently got a parking ticket for being in drop off too long....then missed flight as having to rearrange last minute parking and drive to long stay parking...got onto next flight thankfully...all thanks to BA... have sent emails, no replies, have rang....no replies... next stop is trading standards, Watchdog and small claims court...DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY, PAY THE EXTRA AND BOOK WITH SOMEONE REPUTABLE....THIS ONE STAR IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN POST THIS...OTHERWISE THEY'D GET NOTHING

If I could rate it any lower, I would.

Firstly, there is never an excuse for extremely rude and intolerable behaviour, especially when your staff have been late to collect the car. This is what I experienced on 07/12/18 at 0830 at the collection point at Stanstead Airport by one of your members of staff (who did not provide his name) but announced himself as the "owner of the company", and accused me of not adhering to the terms and conditions of the agreement by not calling the duty number on time (said I called 10mins prior instead of 30mins prior). When i challenged him that i had call records indicating i called 45 mins earlier, he refused to see my phone, and walked away clearly saying "I dont have to speak to you, and i dont have to collect your car" I had to walk to him to seek out why my car would not be collected. As it was clear he was irate and unprofessional, I turned to another member of staff (who was not rude), who i understand to be the person who answered the duty phone.

There was no receipt provided to me, no documentation to confirm i dropped off my car, and no explanation as to the process to collect the car (other than what was sent to me prior via email). When i returned on 09/12/18, i collected the car from a "James" who was surprised to see I had not been provided any form of documentation. That aside, my car driver seat was extremely dirty, and it was clear that it was used to transport multiple passengers, as my work suit, shirts and jackets which were hanging in my back seat, were tossed carelessly, squashed into the small space behind the rear headrest. I took pictures as advised by James, who witnessed this, and urged me to file this complaint.

This service has been abysmal

I was disappointed to find that the Hyundai that I had booked in appeared on the paperwork as an Infiniti Q30.
I was shocked to see that the mileage on my car had increased by over 40 miles when I collected it, as I understood that the car would be parked 5 miles away.
The collection instructions on the email differed from the actual place where we finally managed to collect the car.
I was irritated to find that one of the drivers had seen it to program my radio to the station of his /her choice, I don't think that is appropriate behaviour.
And I was disgusted to see that an empty Costa coffee cup and a doughnut bag had been left on the back shelf, spilling sugar onto the shelf.
No reply for 2 weeks to a formal complaint on their website.

First person we dealt with when dropping the car off was lovely. We had a problem with the passenger front door travelling to the airport and he marked up the paperwork clearly to say not to open the door.

On collecting the car, two guys were in the car and the passenger got out of the passenger door - sigh! One broken window to fix now. No instructions and no conversation - just handed the key back and walked off. Parked car where it was blocking everyone so we got abuse for that.

Then went to plug my mobile phone in to the aux cord to use the sat nav and it had been stolen!

Have contacted the company many times and not so much as an acknowledgement or resolution. Am not a complainer in any way but you all need to know that booking with these bad boys is not a good idea. Use meet and greet very frequently and have never had such a bad experience.

Hope the nice lad that picked up our car gets to move to a better employer as his service does not match that of the company.

Do not use this company as it is a scam and a rip off and has cars stolen don't be a fool to use these

I booked in to arrive at 4am. Instructions were to call them 30mins before. Their phone lines don't open until 3:45am. We couldn't get through to them at the right time; stress and added expense of parking somewhere else. Company failed to deal with complaint - terrible after-sales service. They basically have ignored my emails to them.

I would give -5 if I could. They are using your car while you are away and think your car is safe and sound with them. On our return, the car was really dirty inside even if my husband usually keeps it spotless.
Do not recommend! 👎👎👎

On drop off, no problems indeed.
On return I called them immediately after collecting our luggage (as instructed and as it said on the leaflet provided). I was told the car will be there in 10 minutes, but it actually arrived in 25. Not a pleasant experience when you are sitting outside in the cold.
Upon getting in the car I noticed that the car has been used to transport other people as well. My car is immaculate all the time, and I do not carry other passengers. Both in the front passenger seat and in the back, the mats were full of mud and between the front seats there were a lot of crumbs. On top of that they messed with the different settings of the car (trip computer, assisted power steering, start/stop system).
I strongly advise to look for other companies that provide better service. Indeed, my mistake for not checking them beforehand.
Again, RUN FROM USING THIS COMPANY’S SERVICE.

I have the same complaint as other reviews. Car park exit fees were not clear but much worse than this I had over £100 of £2, £1 and 50p coins in my arm rest which have been taken whilst being looked after by this company. I have emailed and phoned the company with no response from them. I will now be getting the Police involved as this is a complete violation of trust, service and customer service.

Booked meet and greet, but wish I hadn't. At the time of booking, I was given a quote for meet and greet but on purchasing it, the actual amount taken from my card was £1.50 higher. I emailed to ask why, but never received a response. As it was a small amount, I didn't bother to chase that up. Wish I had now. On the day of the flight, despite ringing, as instructed, 20 mins before we arrived at the airport, we were still left waiting on a multi-storey car park for over 10 mins for our chauffeur. On returning to the UK, I rang as soon as we collected our bags and was told our car would be 10 to 15 mins. 35 minutes later it arrived. Waiting in a multi-storey car park for that length of time makes me wish I had just booked a space in the car park, as meet and greet was a lot more frustrating! The last thing you need after an 8 hour flight is to stand on a cold car park level! Getting into the passenger seat of our car when it eventually arrived, it was obvious that someone else had been seated there as the seat was pushed back out of its normal position. Not happy that our vehicle had been used to transport someone else! I have booked meet and greet from other companies previously and it proved to be a smooth stress free process. Not so this time. We will not be using this company again,
