Apparent 'meet & greet' service?

Had to meet the guy further away from the airport than any of the on site car parks at Liverpool airport. Then he expected us (with two registered disabled passengers) to walk to the airport!. Told him he was taking us as they couldn't walk. He wasn't to happy about it and told me I would have to pay the £3 for him to get out the car park.

Before we arrived at the airport, I rang as instructed and the guy sounded asleep and didn't seem at all interested in being helpful.

The car was stored off site about 3 miles away in a second hand car garage.

Seems like a total cowboy outfit. Would have been cheaper, easier and a lot quicker to park in the onsite car park at Liverpool airport.

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!

Easy to find, arrived at the car park at the rear of T4, handed over the car with no wait, took the short walk to the terminal (4mins) and enters the terminal right by easyjet check-in.
Returns, got my bags, took the 4min walk to the car (bit longer as we had to go from arrival to departure area), and car was waiting for us.
Seamless, I travel quite bit and this was best yet, thank you, I would recommend and will use again

On arrival I was met immediately. On return my car had arrived by the time I had walked from terminal. Car was in good condition. Overall this was an excellent service.

Avoid avoid..
Arrived at the meet and greet.
No booking even though acknowledged.
Office closed on Saturday.

Nearly missed flight - parked in mid term parking

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do not use this company, I received an email from them to say ring a mobile number provided 20 minutes before arrival at the airport, to be told my name wasnt on their list so they wouldnt pick my car up. I was told to ring the company, who surprise surprise is only open week days. I had to pay another company to look after my car whilst i went on holiday. Upon returning home i contacted them they said i should of been picked up and they would look into it,. I followed it up with an email which i have had no reply. I have given them over a week to get back to me, still no reply, I have been ringing the company most of the afternoon and all mailboxes are full so couldn't leave a message. Now fed up and took it up with my credit card company who have taken over the case to get my money back. If I could give no stars I would of.

Used high security meet and greet service! my car was robbed by the staff even my home key was missing very disappointed as they have access to my address also my return date. imagine you back from holiday and your home is emptied out!!! issue reported no replay at all have to involved police as it is a serious criminal issue.

Excellent service - brilliant value for money for a weeks stay.
Super easy to use, quick phone call and they collect/drop off your car in a very convenient place. Will definitely use them again next time we fly from Gatwick

Great price for 8 days away. They were there to meet us at LHR T4 drop-off and have a good system for arranging the pickup time which was handy because we had flight troubles that got us in late. Very happy. Will definitely park this way every time in future.

Everything was very good.Very good timing , professional services and would definitely recommend them.

Had DVD player stolen from the boot of car
The fuel had also gone down considerably
And one of the drivers had left their phone in car
The company not interested and the driver just shouted at us and asked us to search him
Really upsetting end of our holiday please please avoid at all costs
Use the long stay car park

Money stolen from car and was 2 hours late to pick up car and an hour late to drop car back to us. We nearly missed our flight!!!Avoid!!!

My car was returned filthy covered in tree sap and leaves and with a lot of fuel missing, either someone had been driving it or it had been taken 40miles from heathrow and parked under a tree.
I wouldnt mind but i just had the car valeted prior to going away for 3 weeks. Please do not use this company they have ignored all emails and the feedback i have sent them regarding the condition of my car.

A horrible end to our holiday. We had to make repeated calls to the “company” to ask them to return our car, as they didn’t seem to understand - or even listen to - what we said. In the end it took an hour from our initial call, and we were given no apology or even acknowledgement of this inconvenience. The agents were surly and disinterested. Worse, the car was returned with no fuel, despite having approximately 40 miles remaining when we dropped it off. They told us the parking was 6 miles away from Heathrow, so who knows what they did with it while we were away. AVOID!

As it is not possible to award zero stars I reluctantly gave them 1 out of 5.
Short version. I made a reservation for Car Parking Meet & Greet from August 14th at 08.00 returning 8.15 pm on August 17th. At 07.40 following many attempts to call the drop off number I finally got through and they said they could be a few minutes late. I was to meet them at level 5 departures drop off. I was not able to get through from 07.30 - 07.40 because the number was either busy or just no reply. My wife called on her phone and got the same response. I called again at 08.10 from Terminal 5 drop off departures and was told the driver would be with me within 5 minutes. At 08.25 I called and they told me the driver was there and could not find me. I explained exactly where I was standing and still at 08.35 there was no driver. At 08.40 the driver arrived and explained that the reason for the delay was that they had been busy. 40 minutes late and having been told several lies I was frustrated by this treatment.
On the return I called as soon as I had my luggage at 9pm and was surprised to be told that it would be 30 minutes before the car was returned. I was told again to go to level 5 drop off area. The problem with this is that you stand outside in the dark trying to see the registration plate of every car in their headlights and it must be very frustrating for people who are told to do this. The car arrived at 9.30pm and the driver told me that he had driven 3.5 miles. 3.5 miles after 9pm in 30 minutes!.
I noted that the driver's side floor was covered in mud. I noted also that the wheel arches on both sides were also covered in mud.
My mistake was that I should have read the reviews before I made the booking as the 80% bad reviews would have stopped me booking with them. I write this review having written 6 emails to Airport Parking Essentials without any response.
DO NOT USE this company.

Shocking experience. Booked online and had email confirmation. Called the number given half an hour prior to arrival at the airport as instructed and the call was answered by someone who was half asleep and didn’t seem to know why I was calling. Thought I had the wrong number. They then told me that the booking was for the previous day despite the fact that I had a booking reference and email confirmation. I was called back after 5 minutes and told that someone would be there to collect my car in 25 minutes. While waiting I read some other reviews. Needless to say there was no sign of the driver. I called the number again and asked for the drivers contact. Called the number given and it was the same person I had just spoken to on the other number! I queried this and was told it was his brother. Long story short I cut my losses and headed for the long stay car park. Total theives. Avoid at all costs

Great company. Highly recomend them. Easy to book. Good fair price. They came to meet us on time when we left the country, at Heathrow, and 3 weeks later ( and we were back 3 hours early) returned the car to us - with less than 10 minutes to wait. Can’t fault the service, the price and the ease of it all. Great way to start and end the holiday. Thank you

My car was filthy on return inside.
Some one had clocked up 80 miles in my car over the weekend .What they did was criminal .
This company is disgusting !
Avoid at all costs
