I bought a beautiful diamond ring from Addy's Vintage. It had to be reduced in size, but it was despatched quickly and it is a perfect fit. I received excellent customer service.

Erin is amazing! After visiting the jewellery quarter in Birmingham I could not find the perfect antique wedding band. After searching online I found addy’s and two perfect rings for me and my partner. As we had thought, the rings were the wrong size but Erin got them resized and back to us so quickly . We couldn’t love them more . Amazing service and quality!

My partner purchased my engagement ring from Addy's vintage and we were so impressed with the service and quality that I went back for the wedding band which they custom made for me. I can't rate them highly enough, from the advice, attention to detail and complementary resizing to get it just right.

I recently bought a beautiful vintage 22-carat yellow gold wedding band. The delivery was very fast (I live in mainland Europe), and the item was in an excellent condition. The description on the website was very detailed and accurate, plus there were many photos included, so it made the online purchase much easier, as I knew exactly what to expect. I had a few additional questions, and Erin very kindly provided answers to all of them, and helped me choose the perfect ring. 22-carat yellow gold from this era often has a pinkish shade to it, similar to modern rose gold. In strong light the rose colour disappears and the beautiful, deep yellow comes out. In general, vintage jewellery is a bit different than modern pieces, but it compliments them very well. It is basically a piece of art, full of history and beauty, and something that can be passed onto next generations.

WOW!!! Where to start...! I recently got engaged and I went on a search for the perfect wedding bands for me and my fiancé. Nothing seemed right. It dawned on me that we must go vintage! It’s so us! But where in the midst of a pandemic!? 😆 I went onto Etsy and started searching... I spotted some rings that really stood out to me and it was from Addy’s Vintage. The more I saw and read about, I knew it was the right place! I contacted the shop right away, hoping they could help me find the right band to go with my engagement ring and one for my fiancé. Not only did I get a response right away, Erin treated me like I was their only customer! I live in the USA with a 5 hour time difference, but yet, she didn’t skip a beat. She immediately went on a mission for me! I asked so many questions, had specific requests and sizes. She took pictures for me to see how the bands would look with a ring like mine (this was INCREDIBLE, since I couldn’t try them on in person). She went above and beyond for me. She searched until I knew I had found the right ones for us. It was SO much fun to develop a fun relationship with her, like she is a friend of mine! She’s so kind, prompt, patient and helpful! I can’t say enough of them and this shop! She had them resized for us both and shipped out the moment they were ready. They arrived in 2 DAYS!! I ran up to the truck and was beyond excited to receive this most treasured package! The history and unique stories these rings have are something we cherish! They are perfect for us and we can’t stop looking at them! We are getting married in August and we can’t wait to wear them forever! I highly recommend and would love to purchase again one day! Maybe even in person! 😉

I absolutely will be buying from Addy’s again! I love my vintage ring band. I bought it during this Covid mess, and my ring had to be sized. They keep me informed the whole time and shipped it out as soon as they could to the US. Wonderful company. Will definitely buy from them again!

I have purchased several items from Erin over the last couple of years and my latest was a sterling silver Albert chain necklace. I had this altered to suit my needs and the work was carried out to a very high standard by the jeweller that they use, you can’t tell that it’s been touched. As always Erin’s communication and service was outstanding and extremely speedy. I purchased my necklace on a Tuesday and it was delivered today, a total of 48 hours!!

Excellent transaction. My purchase was as described and more beautiful in person! Lovely presentation as well. I would not hesitate to purchase from Erin again.

I recently purchased a recycled gold wedding ring from Addy's and I couldnt be happier. Erin was so helpful and responded to all my questions quickly and thoroughly, even outside office hours. Even in the middle of the Coronavirus crisis, she made sure to keep up the excellent service. Couldnt recommend highly enough, and I love my beautiful, thin, delicate ring.

Beautiful jewellery, fantastic service

I was a little nervous about buying vintage jewellery online, but Addy's was recommended to me by a shop I know well. Erin was lovely and helped find me a really small engraved platinum wedding band - I though it was going to be really difficult to get something my size/that could be re-sized, but Erin had about five that I could have chosen, in a range of prices. I sent quite a few questions and she always responded promptly and once I had finally decided, my ring arrived really quickly. It's absolutely beautiful, everything that I wanted. I would definitely recommend Addy's Vintage.
