This was my first time ever purchasing a watch — and my first Rolex — so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but the whole experience was made incredibly easy thanks to James and Nathan.

I actually first saw the watch through their WhatsApp group where they share pieces that are coming in, which is such a great idea because you get a first look before they’re officially available. After seeing one I loved, I arranged to come and view it in person.

From the moment I arrived, James made the whole process feel relaxed and personal. The office is really comfortable and welcoming, which makes the experience feel special rather than transactional. He took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure and talked me through everything I needed to know.

He also showed me how to properly use the watch and resized it perfectly for me there and then.

Overall, it was a genuinely great experience from start to finish — so much so that I didn’t just leave with one… I ended up buying two! One for myself and one as a gift.

Met up with James today to do a deal on selling my Sprite and buying a Wimbledon. Originally tried to do the deal a few days ago but the watch in question had sold before I made my mind up. James jumped on it again the next day and sourced a new watch and we agreed a new deal the same day! Picked it up a day later and Im over the moon with the watch. James was really informative through the whole process and really helpful. I’ll be back again for future watches.

I dealt with James after seeing the watch online and it was in my hands in a matter of days. Nothing was too much trouble. He responded to messages on a weekend, outside normal office hours. This will not be my last purchase from Watch This Source! Thanks again James, very much appreciated!

Phenomenal service from James and Nathan. I had a very strict budget with an even greater demand for the design and style of watch i required. They worked tirelessly to source exactly what I needed and in record time too.

They kept me updated throughout the whole process ans we're transparent at every step (unlike other watch or jeweler companies).

They both went above and beyond to communicate late into the evening to ensure the whole process ran as smooth as it could for me. To top it off, James even accommodated my request to meet at 9pm at night in their showroom, to which he obliged.

I will return for future rolex purchases, if you need a watch you MUST use these guys.
