This is honestly the worst designed piece of kitchen equipment I have purchased in 73 years. It is an absolute nightmare. It has no inner bucket so you have to struggle to get the bin bag out of the bin which looks sleek but is just too narrow for kitchen waste. Addis has cost reduced by eliminating the inner plastic bucket so the black bin bag gets stuck on the inside of the waste bin, and rips as it is hauled out. The flimsy ring at the top which is meant to keep the bag in place slips down when the bag is half full. As a result the waste just goes directly into the bin, which is not even sealed at the bottom. Every time I need to change the bag it involves
- washing the kitchen floor to clear up the leaks from the bin
- hauling the bag out of the bin forcefully
- turning the bin UPSIDE DOWN to get the bag out
- washing the whole bin out several times with bleach
This bin, at best, is suitable for light paper waste - no kitchen waste, no food, no messy stuff.

Item came with a B&M sticker on it £3 pound cheaper than the price I paid despite several e mails no satisfaction I was told that you do not supply B&M with the said item I sent photo of the item in B&M still no satisfactory outcome will no be using your company again

I was pleased to be able to buy a bin made of recycled plastic. It serves its purpose and looks nice. I use compostable liners.

The cover is a good size and length to fit the large Addis Easi-lift 50m 4 arm rotary airer, it’s strong and well shaped.
However, the zip arrangement seems the wrong way around and far from practical to use, bottom to top operation, would be better top to bottom and so easier to zip up. Getting used to it more now.

Addis makes better quality kitchen utensils - you get what you pay for. I found it easy to order the items I wanted (not everywhere stocks Addis, you often find cheap alternatives that really don't do the job and don't last). Dispatch and delivery was very prompt and the items were exactly what I wanted. Very pleased.

We put in an order for some seal tight containers and one of them had a damaged lid. This may have happened in transit since the box looked as though it had been crushed.
Customer service was brilliant - a replacement container arrived within two days of me contacting them.
