I've previously owned the same bin, but after 8 years in a boiling hot kitchen it finally started to look a bit tatty. Ordering an identical replacement direct from Addis was a breeze, super fast delivery and the bin arrived safe and sound with a friendly delivery driver. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Addis again.

They are well made, sturdy and the perfect size.

Very pleased with my purchase of the metallised design ironing board cover. It fits very easily over my mid size board, particularly I liked the thickness of the padding. Certainly recommend it to any one interested in purchasing one.

I ordered a replacement bin lid from their website which I was pleased to be able to buy a replacement lid as there was nothing wrong with the actual bin it was easy to order and was delivered pretty quickly

Had an issue with a spray mop and Addis were very responsive and resolved the issue in no time. Brilliant service, if only all companies were like you ! 5 stars ⭐️

I ordered a washing up bowl (made from recycled plastic) and was sent the wrong one. The nice lady I spoke to at Addis quickly resolved this for me and I was happy with everything apart from this.

The bowl is perfect, just the right size and well designed with handles.

I am very impressed that Addis produce a range of items made from recycled plastic which cost no more than the "standard" items. It would be great if the range could be expanded to include items in different colours.

I bought an Addis Ironing Board believing the extra price I was paying was going to be reflected in the quality. Addis also claimed a ten year guarantee. I was wrong not only was the ironing board sub-standard - it fell apart after only minimal use. The ironing board collapsed while I was ironing and fell on my toes. Fortunately the hot iron which also fell did not cause any damage either to me or the floor covering. I was in a lot of pain and agony for weeks after. When I complained ADDIS did not feel my experience necessitated a complaint. ADDIS are useless and do not honour their guarantee. Most disappointed - I will never purchase an ADDIS product again and urge all you prospective purchasers not to do so either.

I’d been looking for a washing basket for ages and didn’t want to pay over £20 for something that didn’t look like it would last long. I remembered Addis as a name and went on their website. From easy order to quick delivery, everything went smoothly and I got the perfect washing basket that looks like it will last years!

I reported an issue with the item received and very soon I got a response from Addis, they followed up on it instantly and we had a resolution within 24 hours.
This is a very positive quality from suppliers as many don't want to hear from you once they sell you something.
