Addis Brand name speaks for itself and all my wash hand basins have been Addis, usually bought in Dunelm. However this store did not have the basins in cream so purchased direct and item arrived very quickly. My husband was highly amused as basin certainly fitted in sink but I really needed the next size up to be honest.

I bought 2 large draining racks(cream),these are excellent quality,and can't be bought easily in shops or other online outlets.
They are a solid plastic material,(not the flimsy alternatives) and come with a 10 year warranty!.

If you're looking for a good sized SOLID plastic draining rack;look no further.
The price is also very competitive, compared to other sellers.

I bought an Addis 513825 Garden Tidy in November ‘24 to collect leaves and for general garden tidying, and it was so brilliant that a building contractor nicked it. Fast forward several months of no stock availability, I’ve finally managed to order a replacement, and I must say I’m a little disappointed. This unit seems more flimsy than the original and, rather than being ramrod straight, the leading edge of the bucket curves upwards, meaning that dust and dirt go underneath. The only solution is to push down in the middle whilst sweeping which is difficult and results in dirty fingers.
It’s still a great addition to the garden, but it’s not as good as the original.

When searching for new kitchen bins, I wanted a name that I could trust and rely on.....and Addis supply good quality items at competitive prices. I chose a bin made out of recycled plastic, made in the UK, and is guaranteed for 10 years.....what more could you want!!!

i purchased Addis Deluxe 14m 3 Tier Airer760/6074 from argos and within 5 uses it crumbled down normal clothes hanging weight. i compained and they replaced and again within4th use-normal clothes it bent. garbage binnable product. i fail to understand why argos has 5 star reviews for it and after little time argos stops us from reviewing-how can we just write review next day of purchase? avoid. i wasted my money. all my previous airers from other companies were robust and lived their life of years. what a waste this company creates

Excellent customer service.
Bought a rotary washing line via Amazon it was very stiff & was beginning to damage the line. Tried to return via Amazon but not successful. Contacted Addis direct & in less than a week they have sent a replacement. Customer service was amazing, professional, polite and consistent. Other companies should take note of this. One very impressed & happy customer.

I ordered a laundry basket, and was pleased to see that it would be delivered only a few days later.

When the box arrived, I opened it to find that the laundry basket was cracked at the side of one of the handles, in a place where it would only get worse over time. I note that it was delivered by DPD and my previous experience with them suggests that it wouldn’t have been a surprise had I found that the damage occurred in transit.

I phoned Addis six times to try to see if I could get it replaced, but on each occasion I was eventually directed to an answering machine that refused to take a message. It was therefore impossible to talk to anyone.

I’ve always liked Addis stuff, and I like that they make things in the UK still. I will continue to buy Addis products, but I won’t order online again, since there is no way to do anything about things going wrong.

I’ll be sending the laundry basket off for recycling, and will write off the cost of purchase.

Addis have been in touch, and it seems that the issue with not being able to leave a message may have been an IT problem. They’ve refunded me for the purchase and all is well.

I’d encourage everyone reading to support British businesses like Addis – this is the first problem I’ve had in decades of buying their stuff, and I will continue to buy from them.

Got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price it arrived promptly with no problems.

Couldn’t find this bin in local shops so headed online to Addis-a reliable make.
This bin replaces the one we’ve had for many, many years. It’s tucked neatly in to a cupboard beneath the sink & actually matches the cupboard colour as did the previous one.

The product - a plastic bin was fine, but the Addis product label could not be peeled off easily.
So I had to spend 10 minutes using isopropyl alcohol and my nails to carefully scratch it off.
However the plastic was sufficiently soft that scratches from my nails permanently marked the bin.
Just make the labels easy to peel off for goodness sake!

Great mop that works well, it is just not made to last. We have had two in as many years. Both spray mechanisms packed up within 6 months and around a year both snapped near the bottom due to rust. This would be fine if one was buying a cheap Chinese nock off, but when one is purchasing a so-called quality product from a premium brand at a 70% higher price then it’s competitor product in store, it is very disappointing.

We have a fairly old rotary drier, the lower section had, over the years succumbed to rust and I had to cut the lower part away. I tried to buy a new one, but they were not available for sale. Instead I was given a new one. Perhaps Addis could give customer relations training to other firms!

Product was obviously faulty but was sent anyway. Should have been rejected at manufacturing stage.

The website was easy to navigate. The pricing was clear and easy to understand. I received my order really promptly. I think the postage and packing for such a lightweight item was a bit steep - but that's probably down to the cost of postage generally in this day and age. I wish this was an item I could have bought in a shop - but it wasn't probably because it's a spare part.

I knew the floor cleaner I wanted & was able to add other useful items & have all delivered together. Cleaner was replacement for same model I had 5 years plus.

Always buy Addis because you get what you pay for.
