If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered products have not arrived. Contacting Addis has been impossible. When you phone customer service it either drops the call or goes to voicemail with no returned call.
Delivery tracking says delivery attempt was unsuccessful, but nobody has attempted a delivery. I have requested a refund. Let’s see how they deal with that.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and that your order didn't reach you. According to the tracking information the courier made three delivery attempts and text notifications, and held the parcel for the allocated time before returning it to us.
We do our best to respond to all emails within 5 working days and voicemails within 72 hours, though it seems we did not receive your voicemail - our apologies for that.
As soon as we received your email we processed a full refund. We hope this has now been resolved to your satisfaction, and we appreciate your understanding.

Company cant seem to find their own product. Strangely, they dont recognise the product number on the back, and dont seem to answer straightforward questions.

Sometimes the product number on the back is the retailer's own and specific to them and unfortunately we don't have access to these retailer's systems to check a product number, which may be why the product number in this instance was not recognised.

Superb customer service
Had an issue with a rotary washing line from Addis, I’ve had it 4-5 years so wasn’t expecting much from my dealings with them, but I have received exceptional customer service. I went on the website to find they had a spare parts form, so I sent my request into them. I received a quick response back the next working day and then within 48hrs received the part which has now fixed the washing line to live another day. A superb response by Addis & this will without doubt make me look for the Addis make whenever I am after anything else, thankyou Addis.

Rubbish Customer Service
I have a garden airer purchased from Argos, the bottom has started to rust through after 2 years and although being under guarantee I cannot get a response from their customer service team to get a replacement. What is the point of a guarantee if they don't respond to you????
