Excellent service from Dean
We met with Dean who really helped us explore our options and went through the pros and cons with us of any cars that met our requirements. We were able to test drive our favourite car and then discussed options and prices afterwards. Dean wasn’t pushy in asking us for a decision and was really helpful in answering any questions we had.

Excellent customer service
I visited several car showrooms before I chose Acorn MG for my new car. They weren’t local to me either but worth the drive across as the team were so welcoming, supportive and honest. It never felt like a ‘hard sell’ either, something which always puts me off!
I would highly recommend the team at Acorn in Crewe if you are on the market for a new or used car.

Ordered an X-Power, process was seamless and smooth. I was kept informed every step of the way. Given test drives without hesitation. What more could I wish for?

Many thanks to Chloe who was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The little extra customer service touches that Chloe added really made my Granddaughter's experience of receiving her eighteenth birthday present that extra bit special.

The salesman explained everything about the mobility scheme which other garages hadn't .made me feel at ease a very good experience with no hassle and no tactics to force you to having the vehicle.i would go back there again.
