Very poor customer service.Avoid

Very poor customer service.Other half booked day off to take my kia in for its first service. He gave then his mobile and asked them to contact him not me as I was at work . After 3and half hours of waiting he drove home having paid for the service . I saw that I had a video of the service in which I was helpfully told there was a screw in my tyre and it could easily be repaired today.Sadly no one bothered telling my partner just rang to say the car was ready for collection. When I asked why this happened I was told the lady had called and left a message .no.missed calls on either phone and no messages . Just a mistake which was made worse by a pior resolution.Her offer of an apology was not to increase the repair price if we came back on a different day. No compensation for the wasted fuel driving 30 mins to the site. .I certainly won't be using again and kwik fit have already repaired the tyre just 40 minutes after paying acorn £245!! . Avoid this place and go to someone who is interested in customers not just sales . Seems to happen often here in the aftersales and people are told its a one off and to call back and discuss . Wish I had read trustpilot before booking in .

From your comments, it’s clear there was a breakdown in communication regarding the tyre repair, and this has understandably caused inconvenience, including an additional journey and time lost. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide for our customers. We are always concerned when an experience does not meet our high customer standards, and it’s disappointing to read how this was handled when you raised it. Our Customer Care Team have asked the Aftersales Manager at the site to review this as a priority and contact you directly to discuss what has happened which i believe he has been in contact with you, so we can work towards a resolution.
