Over a week to dispatch
I was really loving this company, recommended to all my friends. Until recently every order I make I'm waiting atleast a week even for dispatch and it's the wrong thrive that I ordered I've even been sent out of date cat food on one of my orders. Waiting atleast a week for dispatch this has happened on 2 orders I've actually had to go to pets at home to get cat food in the process and when I contact them they send it out immediately it's like they just can't be bothered to get it ready or something I'm not sure it's strange. I placed a large £100 order of cat food on the 30th, it's now 12th February still not been dispatched. I hate complaining and I really hate having to call up or WhatsApp to find out where my order is it's ridiculous. I've wasted so much money buying more and more cat food in the meantime when I've literally ordered a whole almost months worth in my order. I think I'll have to go back to using pets at home because this isn't working out with me
EDIT*** After leaving this review Natasha I think was her name (manager I believe) emailed me personally to rectify the issue, completely validated my experience ensured my delivery arrived today (13th Feb) and offered refund for the out of date item which I had previously not contacted them about and offered a 15% discount which is quite substantial discount on £100+ orders. It's really reassured me that I am shopping in the right place supporting a small business. I think maybe if I'd have contacted them via email before leaving this review it would have been rectified alot sooner. I will continue using a coombs for my monthly cat food supply

Exception service. I use Coombes for delivery of my raw frozen dog food and other bits. I ordered a bag of 12kg dog food this morning and it's just arrived. Super friendly staff, great selection. Superior service. Thanks for always being so helpful.

Good range, decent prices and free speedy local delivery in 24hrs- perfect service when ordering heavy bags of cat food. So pleased to replace my previous online pet food delivery service who used Evri couriers- always late, totally hopeless.

Coombs is a great pet store
Coombs is a great pet store, both sites, Hove and Brighton, have a huge range for all pets, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I especially like the delivery option, saves a journey.

Simple friendly ordering and delivery
Every three weeks my order for frozen raw food for my dog is automatically fulfilled and arrives with a smile (or a friendly phone call to alert me to my doorstep delivery) - simple ordering and delivery!

First time ordering and won't be my last
First time ordering a prescription ever and I choose A coombs from their reviews on trust pilot. I submitted the prescription online, I then called the store to check on delivery time, I spoke to a lovely helpful man who said about 2 days, that was Tuesday, order was delivered today (Thursday), as promised. My dog is on long term medication and I won't hesitate to use this company from now on. Many thanks 😊

We bought a Pet Corrector spray from this company. It was very quickly delivered and came with useful instructions on how to use it correctly for best results. We have tried it on our young cat that scratches all our carpets at doors , if the door is closed. It has definitely helped.
