Refund like getting blood from a stone
I cancelled my storage on the day I was due to move in. Was told I'd get a refund (minus the 7 days cancellation period). A month and many phone calls later and I've finally got some money back, although less than I was told on the phone. I was fed so many excuses I can't be bothered to chase the rest, and certainly won't use Access again.

Great Storage Facility
Easy to organise the storage unit over the phone and in the office and the security was very good. Good experience and would recommend.
