Great Storage Facility
The staff are all very helpful and friendly and took extra care to make sure I understood the various procedures via the Company's App, which for a non-techy person was very much appreciated!

Then when I made my first trip with alot of my stuff there they were on hand to help me through it all as im not very good with technology

She explained the process clearly and helped us through the process.
The reason that I chose your firm was because of Karen's great ability to ease me through the process.

Lovely staff
James was lovely he helped make an already stressful situation into a pleasant one. I would and have already recommended Access Self Storage to my friends and family. Only downside is that you are not able to access your storage outside of office hours which can be awkward for those who want to move stuff in after work and not be restricted.Would recommend Access self storage considering extending access hours till about 8pm.

No doubt best service you could ask for
I have used the company before, it is so hassle free, they ask you to bring certain proof of ID,and it's all sorted within 30 mins, and you can start moving in so to speak, the team at Selly Oak are amazing, super friendly and the manager is funny ha ha funny, made a tough day lighthearted, he is so good and if you have any doubts, don't they are absolutely amazing and will help you with everything that you need to do and show you the spaces available, so you get to see what your rental area looks like, which is great because then you can visualise where everything will fit 10/10 most definitely
