Great service and support
I tried to book at the last minute and Chris Simons was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He made a stressful day a lot less stressful. With the discount, the storage was also good value.

I was a first-time user of storage and…
I was a first-time user of storage and I found the Bristol site to be easily accessed, with plenty of parking space. Chris took me through the admin very efficiently and then showed me to the unit, explaining everything very well. The building was clean and tidy. Very pleased.

The staff are helpful
The staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and respond quickly to queries by email, phone or in person. The units are modern and easily accessible and trolleys are always available. The access code system, once you get used to it, makes the use of the storage facility at all times of the day or night feel safe and secure. The available toilet is warm and clean!
