Customer service was excellent

Fitting was great, quick efficient and very polite.

However as a Scottish customer I can access a grant that helps pay for some of the charger. I pay in advance then claim back one I have the EIC.

However it is four weeks and I still haven’t received the EIC. I can’t help thinking that if 24/7 payment was dependent on this, they would be quicker.

Communication with the office prior to installation was fantastic. The electrician was a nice guy and did a fantastic job as my install was not straight forward. Really happy with the service I received and I would definitely recommend them again.

The initial contact at the Presales team was efficient, helpful and knowledgable. She addressed all my questions and explained how to measure the WiFi signal at the proposed installation site, to ensure it would be suitable.
The sales, scheduling and installation teams were all equally efficient. I received notification when the charger had been shipped and when it was due to arrive. The installation date was agreed and on the day, Dany the installer, messaged me when he was on his way. Dany was friendly and helpful and made a very neat job of installing the charger and cable exactly where I wanted them.

The whole team from start to finish where excellent, Jo in the office was always at the end of the phone if needed. Ryan the fitter was a good laugh, when he came to fit the box paired with some good workmanship, they even fitted a 3 pin plug socket outside for me at my request as well. Would highly recommend 247EV to anyone looking to get an EV charger installed.

Fantastic service and communication from start to finish. Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable about what was required, also the guy who did the installation was very tidy and done a fantastic job. He gave great instructions after the install and set us up on the app. If you are looking for a great priced, great friendly team and a perfect installation 247ev should be your choice.

Great experience from start to finish. Joanne dealt with my initial enquiry and provided excellent advice regarding the use of a Wi-Fi extender to ensure the charger location had a strong enough signal. Then when I was ready to order she juggled the diary to provide a suitable installation date. The installation was carried out very neatly and the engineer was very polite and went through everything in detail. Overall the whole transaction was faultless, which seems quite a lot to ask these days!

The office staff were great. Everything was explained very clearly and honestly from the beginning. My cut out (fuse holder for the incoming supply) is 90 years old and I was warned the DNO may have wanted to change it before the charger was installed. They didn’t in the end. The charger was delivered in plenty of time ahead of the installation. The installer arrived early (it was the first job of the week so no other jobs could delay him). Fitted and working without a fuss. Shown how the app worked. The electrical certificate and other paperwork arrived a few days after installation. The extra things that would have been nice would have been a note explaining what is typically going to be installed ie along with the charger, an RCBO and a SPD. It was mentioned on the phone but it would have been nice in an email. Also, something in writing about how to reset the RCBO. I tripped it with the test button and had to search the internet to find out how to reset it. Overall I am very pleased with the service.
