Great communication upfront and the installation is very neat and tidy. Would have no issues with recommending 247ev.

Everything was easy from start to finish. The survey was simple and self explanatory to fill out.

I was able to get an appointment much quicker than other providers for the charger I wanted. I was also called and asked did I want a cancellation appointment sooner than my original.

On the day of the install, the installer was absolutely spot on, he explained everything to me, made sure I was happy where the charger was being installed, was courteous and cleaned up after himself.

After finishing the install he helped me set up the hypervolt app and explained how everything worked.

Friendly team, well communicated throughout, lovely installer who took care to do a tidy installation and ensure that I had things how I wanted. Nothing to complain about, excellent service all round.

Contacted by phone and taken through the process very politely. The fitter Tim arrived on time went through the process of what he was going to do and completed the job. Loaded the Ohme app and explained how to set up and use. Excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended and definatley a five star rating.

End to end customer care, very happy with my experience

From my first contact with Vicky and subsequent contact with Joanne the communication has been brilliant. Every detail was checked and verified, my requirements were listened to and implemented, I can't praise 247EV highly enough they were great from start to finish.
The instalation date arrived and Owen the installer sent me a txt to say he had set off then when he was delayed in heavy traffic he phoned me to let me know which takes all the stress out of waiting. When he arrived he was friendly and communicated everything extremely well. I was able to discuss all the installation options and have things placed where it suited me. Owen worked quickly and the whole install was really neat. Highly recommended.

Martin the installer came and got the job done in exactly the time frame I was told. We had a brief discussion about location and entry point for the wires into my home. Martin managed to do a very neat job drilling straight through from the back of my electricity cupboard to the outside.
