Great product - such an upgrade from white boards that look "weathered" after a short time. Love this product!!

I was so excited to use this in my cubicle. Any other white board would cost too much money and I thought I could stick this to my filing cabinet or the wall. It falls down after a few hours. I tried taping it, using magnets, etc. but nothing makes it stick. I'm going to glue it to a piece of cardboard and try to hang it that way. The neon markers on the black board grabs my attention immediately. Very dissapointed I can't use it as intended.

I purchased my WriteyDesk between late March 2018. I got the Birch 30x60. The desk size is great and the color is gorgeous. I use my desk daily and am in love with it. Occasionally my 3 year old will get a hold of my markers and he concurs.

Writey may have improved their procedures by now, but back when I purchased the desk I was in contact with their support team via email and I had emails that were "missed" by them more than once. When I would follow up, they were quick to reply and apologize for the confusion.

When I received the desk I was also informed that I had to pay some unexpected additional state/shipping tax for the desk. It was by weight, so as I remember it I had to pay about an extra $60-70. I'm not sure why this was - perhaps where they shipped from or the method they shipped it. I don't know.

It was shipped disassembled and was significantly easier to put together than pieces from IKEA, however I was unable to completely assemble the desk due to one of the legs suffering from a manufacturer defect. The bolt anchors in one of the legs were so loose that some of the anchors would fall out of the leg and others would spin if you tried to screw anything into them. Writey sent an entirely new leg, which was in good condition and allowed me to complete building the desk. I requested some new feet for the desk as well, since the ones I received were completely covered in superficial scratches and dents, a result of poor packaging. They were all together, loose in a plastic baggy. The replacement feet came with the new leg and looked as bad as the original feet. After completing the assembly I realized the feet are almost completely hidden by the legs anyways.

After using the desk daily over the past several months I feel as though there are some improvements that could be made. First and foremost, I wish the finish of the desk was tougher. The first day I used it, my wife used a chalk marker we already had in the house to make a single mark and it left hairline scratch. Since then, the hairline scratches have become more proliferated. I find myself nervous to put anything hard on the desk for fear of creating more scratches. I would also prefer to see rounded edges and corners (at least a waterfall type curve on the top edge). The finish on the main desk doesn't cover the edges/joints and, as a result, dry erase grime gets stuck there.

Less important options I would suggest would be the option to order without cable cutouts. I don't use them, but I do have to look at them. Another interesting suggestion would be the potential to add a front-end hinge, making it possible for the desk to flip up. My monitors are mounted on my desk so I wouldn't have a home use for this, but could maybe be useful in offices, classrooms or conference rooms for meetings/presentations. Perhaps made more practical with some considerations made for accommodating mounted monitors.

I was intrigued by the concept of a whiteboard that sticks to the wall and is removable/reusable, so I ordered a Premium 2x3 version to try out. I loved it and went to order some more and found that I was not the only one taken with the product; it was out of stock. My emails and chats with company reps were helpful and informative regarding when they would be back in stock. When they eventually became available there was a mixup with my order that Mary Rahmel was very helpful and proactive in resolving.

I have used it on my white board and it does not erase or remove the pen marks.

I bought 2 of the 2'x3' black writey boards and the writey board cloths. Though they are referred to as wet erase, they work exactly like dry erase. The only reason they are called wet erase, someone said, is because it is liquid chalk in the markers. Could not find writey board neon markers, so got Expo neon dry erase markers and they work perfectly with these boards. They were packaged very thoughtfully in their tubes with thin protective film on the writeable front of the board, so don't forget to remove that. The film that is on the back to remove to stick it to the wall is very thin and was a little tricky to find at first, but within a few moments I found it. I kept messing with the corner until enough separated/showed that I could grab it. These are excellent! They are sticking to the wall very well, were very easy to put up, and erase very well with the cloth, no spray even needed yet! Highly recommend and no brainer for the price for sure.

Everything I have ever got from writeyboad is amazing. I love all their products. They are all very different and fun to use. I would recommend them to everyone. Not o my for work but also for home use. My family thinks they are just the coolest thing.

The Writeyboard product is the best on the market. Economical, quick and easy installation (2 person for best results). Each product comes with one marker. You can place this product anywhere and on just about anything. Be creative and use the scraps for other uses, for instance...a clip board. Delivery is pretty fast and packaging very secure. Make sure to have a level, painters tape, scissors, and a nice utility knife. The only other item you may need to purchase separately is a marker and eraser holder. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Custom cut piece had a few dings on the edges, and the envelope containing markers and cloths tore during transport, covering the edges of the custom cut in shredded paper fibers

I haven’t owned it long so I don’t know how it will stand up over time, which is the true test of a product. So far, I love it!

I am a total nerd and this is the perfect addition to my bedroom. I study Sanskrit and memorise small chunks of patterns and vocabulary. With this I can leave one lesson up for a day, week or however long and change it easily.

It was fairly easy to put up this 2’x3’ size by myself, although I did get bubbles and had to redo it a several times over.

The markers I use are the standard dry erase sold here and the neon assortment. After 3 days former came off readily with a dry micro fiber cloth. The neon required a little extra effort and some spray.

Whoever does the packaging could be a little more vigilant. The pens were all just tossed in loose with the board and two of the tops were off. There were no instructions or anything. Thankfully they all work fine. Just the same, when they found out, they immediately sent a complimentary cleaning spray and microfiber eraser as peace offering.

Writeyboard, second only to my kitties, you are the most welcome addition to my bedroom!

We purchased a desk a couple of weeks ago, kiddos love it!! It came super quick, and customer service was outstanding. Really appreciate great customer service these days. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family. Thanks guys for the great company and great customer service.

I wouldn't know how the board functions because I haven't received it yet, even though I ordered it on 9/14/18 via Staples. I received notification from Writeyboard on 9/14/18 that it was shipped, then received notification from Staples on 9/20/18 that it was ready for pickup. Seemed to make sense, so I drove to Staples store, it has not arrived. I then dug through email for the FedEx tracking number, checked FedEx tracking, which still says "Shipment information sent to FedEx" as of 9/14/18 and no further updates even though today is 9/22/18. It's probably unwise to send an email asking for a review of an item that apparently hasn't even shipped over a week after it was ordered. The whole process has been pretty disappointing and at this point, I'm unlikely to order anything from Writeyboard or Staples again.

The product is easy to apply to the walls. The order was missing a bottle of cleaner but the company immediately sent me the cleaner.
