The product arrived late.
The product is just what was ordered. However, their delivery promise was not met. The website says an order placed before 5pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. This was important for me as I bought the boots as a present for my son, who I would be seeing on Wednesday. I placed my order at 9am on Friday and called Wray's to confirm delivery would be made by Tuesday, to be told the product was in stock, would be sent for shipment immediately and so I might get it on Monday. In fact not only was there no delivery on Tuesday, when I rang Wray's I was told the goods had still not been shipped "as they had been very busy". So I missed the timing and have had to spend extra money to ship them to my son instead of giving them to him in person.

Within minutes of ordering I received confirmation through and a separate email with Safety Data Sheets attached!!! Excellent service and the best price available, in fact 20% cheaper than my current supplier.
