Wowtrip Recensioni 

Reçu un bon Wowtrip en cadeau, je ne connaissais pas le principe, c'était donc une totale expérimentation pour moi! Après le choix des dates et des quelques villes à éliminer, l'attente et le suspens de connaître la destination....
Les infos sont communiquées exactement dans les délais annoncés de 48h avant le départ, donc go pour préparer un petit bagage assorti à la météo de la destination (Porto en l'occurrence) !
Cartes d'embarquement et voucher de l'hôtel par voie électronique, rien n'a manqué. Le choix de l'hôtel 4* parfait, situé idéalement dans un quartier calme, mais à 15 min. à pied du centre historique.
En résumé, expérience totalement Wow, pas un seul bémol à signaler!
L'équipe de Wowtrip est très disponible et réactive pour répondre aux éventuelles questions, ce qui m'a passablement rassurée.
Je recommande de faire cette expérience si on aime l'imprévu, tout en sachant qu'il n'y a que de bonnes surprises!

Une très chouette expérience que je recommande fortement. Une destination top avec hôtel de haute qualité et une activité surprise autour du vin super à destination. On s est bien amusés et changés les idées !

Unser 5 Tage Wowtrip ging nach Mailand und alles lief super. 2 Tage vor Abflug haben wir die Unterlagen sowie eine Wettervorhersage mit Details zum Handgepäck bekommen. Die Reiseunterlagen haben wir uns erst am Flughafen angeschaut, um uns solange wie möglich überraschen zu lassen. Wir hatten kaum Sachen dazugebucht (nur Frühstück) und hatten dennoch Glück bei so ziemlich allem. Super Flugzeiten (mittags hin und abends zurück), super Hotel (sogar 4 Sterne), sind mit Lufthansa geflogen und saßen sogar zusammen (waren zu zweit). Im den Reiseunterlagen gab es sogar Angaben dazu, wie wir vom Flughafen in die Stadt kommen sowie Empfehlungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und Shopping... Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Mailand und würden nach dieser Erfahrung Wowtrip auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

I have travelled with WowTrip before and had a great experience but this is my second trip and I felt that their customer service was a let down.

I went on holiday with them last week. A week before we were due to leave they have called to say my flight had been cancelled (although they later emailed me confirming it was cancelled a while before that and they didn’t tell me). I assumed that if this happened they would look at another option. I had no idea where my cancelled flight was going and they set a price assuming they can get a holiday for me and still make a profit. Surely they take that gamble and it’s not my fault if they ultimately lose money. I was then told that I have to pay an additional £500 if I still wanted to go. I couldn’t see anything in their Terms that allowed them to do this and I was under the impression this is prohibited under the package holiday regulations but they say that they are treating it like a new booking. They told me that I needed to make a decision on the same day and they promised to send me further information so that I can decide. They didn’t send anything which led to a very stressful weekend!

Until the flight cancellations calm down I would not recommend using wowtrip. The trip was a lot of fun in the end and the concept is great but they are unreliable and their T&Cs need a lot of work.

Très bonne expérience!! On a pu jouer à deviner la destination avec les prévisions météo!! Au moins l avant voyage en vaut la peine 😀. Et surprise.... Nous sommes allés à Naples!! Hôtel top et recommandations pour manger de la bonne pizza!!

Mijn man en ik zouden eindelijk na een lange tijd 2 nachtjes weg gaan om ons 6 jarige huwelijk te vieren. Toen we aankwamen bij onze bestemming, bleek er voor 1 nacht inplaats voor twee nachten geboekt te zijn. Na veel heen en weer bellen naar Spanje. Was er een tweede hotel geboekt. Bij aankomst daar bleek er geen ontbijt geregeld te zijn. Dus weer bellen!verder was het tweede hotel vere van een 4 sterren hotel wat we hadden aangeven en ver buiten de aangegeven stad. Kortom in het vervolg verassen we elkaar wel en laten we het WOWtrip in iedergeval niet doen. Nog geen excussen kon er af!

Eine echte Enttäuschung und alles andere als Wow Wir haben viel zuviel Geld für ein schlechtes Reiseerlebnis bezahlt. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich habe gerade einen WowTrip zu meinem Geburtstag bekommen und ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder zu reisen! Meine letzte Reise vor dem Lockdown war auch mit WowTrip und sie haben uns nach Madrid geschickt! Meine Mutter und ich liebten die Stadt, wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende. Wir haben große Lust, diese Erfahrung zu wiederholen.

A great experience! I did 2 trips one in Turin and another in Budapest and was surprised each time when I discovered the destination at the airport: was definitively not expecting it! Great support team whihc helps you whenever you need :)

Unser Trip ging nach Warschau und es war einfach spitze! Wir hätten niemals mit dem Ziel gerechnet aber waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Flug mit Lufthansa, Hotel Mercure, nichts zu beanstanden.

Me lo regalaron por mi cumpleaños y ha ido todo genial. Lo mejor es descubrir en el último momento a donde te vas de viaje!

Wir waren in Budapest, die schönste Stadt die Ich besucht habe, die würde Ich wieder und wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank für die Erfahrung wowtrip, ich werde das gerne nochmal wiederholen.
