Worldwide Cruises Recensioni

A great service from Eddie. Nothing was too much trouble. Very happy and would definitely book again

This is the third cruise we have booked with Worldwide and we would not book with anyone else. The service, information and prices are great and I need to make a special mention for Eddie.

Super quick service and easy booking .Jessica was so quick to return emails and more than happy to answer lots of questions and give reassurances . Easy transactions and information clear

We have dealt with Mo at Worldwide Cruises in the past and he has always arranged an excellent holiday for us. On this occasion, I emailed Mo to discuss a possible cruise to Australia & Nee Zealand. He replied promptly with a very good price, with a stateroom upgrade and other extras included in the price.

I've used Worldwide many times (particularly Eddie). They always give great value for money but more importantly great personal service.

Booked up a Caribbean cruise including pre night stay, home city flights and room and drinks package. Mo understood my requirements and within 24 hours had the package with quote attached. Once I accepted, it was straightforward electronic acceptance and payment within 5 mins.
Process is quick, easy, personal and friendly- will definitely use again. Thanks Mo

Eddie is always very professional and gives me the best prices. All paperwork his sent immediately and any queries responded to by return.

Book with Eddie if you want a seamless experience

Eddie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sorted everything out efficiently and the minimum of fuss. Used worldwide cruises a few times now and will continue to do so.

Each year I come back to Mo to help me arrange flights for my group, to and within all sorts of worldwide destinations. He always has the solution and makes things easy.

Neil was very helpful (and patient) he was able to give me all the relevant information I needed. And suggested the best way to do the holiday we wanted. Very much looking forward to our trip.

As before, Mo was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right cruise, not just the first offer we saw. We know he will keep in touch and provide the best deals possible

This is the second time I have booked a cruise through Worldwide Cruises, I’m hard to please and rarely write reviews. You honestly cannot find a better service, competitive pricing and great customer service.

Booking a Cruise never so easy.

If all was do easy in life it would be great. Great prices Great service.

I’ll appraise more after final holidays.

Neil was very helpful and gave us all the information we required at the time of our booking. We needed to change the dates after our initial enquiry and Neil did this and was able to do this finding a better itinerary at a very competitive price. Neil's communication was excellent keeping us updated during the process. This is the second occasion that we have used this company and our experience so far has been positive and very satisfying.

I have used Worldwide Cruises before and decided to use the company again due to high level of service . My latest contact Neil has been so professional with mt latest cruise booking and have every confidence in recommending them for your bookings .

This is my first experience with this company, Neil was extremely helpful and patient as I had many uncertainties and questions, he was able to tick all the boxes and suggested a promotion within my budget, flight bookings and hotels. I expressed my needs and he was able to offer his quick services. Will definitely get back to him in the near future.

Mo was great regarding booking, from first phone call to email follow up. Very professional and a seamless process from start to finish. Brilliant service!

Mo was brilliant - he booked us a bespoke USA holiday which included 4 hotels, 3 planes, a coach, a train and several trips. There was even special assistance needed so there was plenty that could have gone wrong but not a single thing did - it was perfect.
Mo advised us to do Uber for the transfers rather than pre-book as it was cheaper and he was right. Uber was so easy to use and after speaking to other holidaymakers it worked out considerably cheaper than booking in advance.
Mo was so good that we have booked several other holidays with him and I have proactively recommended him to others which I think is the biggest compliment.
Thank you Mo - you were fab! We look forward to the next one.

I've now used Worldwide Cruises for several Celebrity Cruises, and found I've received a very competitive price with great service.
