Really good service and delivery. Products have always been as expected with long shelf lives.

Great value for money, fast dispatch, and delivery. I ordered corn syrup, and strawberry essence, everything was well packaged in the correct size box:)

Package didn’t arrive as damaged in transit by 3rd party delivery company . Then unable to offer a replacement delivery in time

I ordered gomme because it was the best price. Package arrived damaged with 2 bottles broken. Emailed company and they are giving me a refund. Excellent customer service.

Great choice of products

I was after a few harder to get items and was delighted to find this store. Order placed, tracking number received, all good.

Then I received a text message saying "a problem occurred during shipping" and that the order had been cancelled. No further contact or details forthcoming, which is disappointing.

I sincerely hope my refund will be made in a timely manner.

Such high hopes, and sadly do not recommend at all

I placed an order for the first time and received a confirmation email with a tracking number and was told 2-4 days until the parcel arrived. However when I try to track the parcel on the carrier website it tells me I have an incorrect or invalid tracking number so now I am unsure if I am going to receive my parcel. Please advise! Thank you

While the items I ordered were reasonably priced and delivered in time, it would appear these people are impossible to contact.

The item was left by the front doo in full view of the road and no attempt was made by the delivery driver to ring the bell, He just dropped it and left. Fortunately, we caught sight of him going out of the gate, so were able to retrieve the package quickly, this avoiding any risk of it being stolen. It's a good thing we were not away!

I emailed the company at the address supplied on their app, but it was returned "because the Domain Name System (DNS) for the destination computer is not configured correctly." I double checked the address, which could not have been wrong as I clicked on it on their app. then tried again, but same response.

I then tried to leave a message on the "returns" page, so clicked on the link and it didn't work!!

I am relieved to have at least received the items, but never again will I buy anything from this company.

Found what I wanted easily. I needed this to be able to successfully make up a recipe that my sister used in USA. Was kept up to date with the progress of my order. Delivered fast and well wrapped.

Very reasonably priced and fast shipping. Definitely buying again.

Still haven't received my order of PG tips decaf, and just read another reviewer who said the same. Don't order from here, I'm glad it wasn't expensive 🤬

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Order placed 14th March. Items not received and despite a number of emails sent, no reply to any and phone number just goes through to answer machine. VERY POOR service!
