Both purchasing and returning were very straightforward and easy to do. The quality of the clothes were also really good. I loved them but got the wrong size. Ross was a great help during these processes, they explained instructions clearly.

My recent order was delivered within 24 hrs, which is very impressive. The items were exactly what was pictured and they fit perfectly. Although I was initially double charged on my credit card, the Customer Service Representative (Ross), got everything straightened out in a timely manner. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

The return process was lengthy and exasperating, taking a total of over 2 months from onset to completion - June 28/25: order confirmation email TO September 8/25: final confirmation email of full refund.
My experience with going through the return process was made easier by Ross who provided me with timely updates on the procedure and ensuring I received the full refund to which I was entitled. He remained calm and courteous throughout the entire process regardless of my occasional frustration. He is a very good service agent and representative of the company. Kudos!

Aside from the great value Wordans offers, the customer service I received from Ross was excellent. I'll definitely be using Wordans in the future!

I was very pleased with how quickly action was taken when I was having issues purchasing from the app my money was taken without the order going through both times I tried to order so when I reached out and was connected with Jade she had it all sorted out for me within minutes and made sure I was aware of the steps being taken. Also I received my order in 24 hours which is amazing!

I was very disappointed that my very first order using your company was short one item, but Jade was very kind, polite, and helpful. My replacement got here much quicker than I expected. Thank you so very much, Jade, I was a bit stressed that I wouldn’t be able to fulfill my customer order on time and you made sure I could.

Had a shirt come with a hole in it and jane that works with wordans customer service quickly resolved my problem by sending a new shirt right away :) it was fast!

Ich habe bei Wordans zwei Bestellungen aufgegeben – geliefert wurde Ware, die zwar laut Etikett die richtige Größe hatte, aber deutlich kleiner ausfiel als angegeben.
Dazu kam, dass die T-Shirts nicht wie Neuware verpackt waren: offen in Tüten, teilweise ohne jegliche Schutzverpackung. Der Zustand war eher wie Retouren oder B-Ware.

Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage erhielt ich zwei identische Rücksendeetiketten mit derselben Sendungsnummer – und sollte laut Wordans zwei separate Pakete zurücksenden. Ich habe genau das gemacht – Ergebnis: ein Paket kam zurück, weil die Sendungsnummer doppelt war.
Jetzt behauptet der Support, ich hätte falsch gehandelt – obwohl sie selbst mir diese Etiketten geschickt haben.

Support antwortet nur mit Standardfloskeln, weicht aus, übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung. Bei einer Rücksendeübersicht fehlten sogar Artikel – musste ich selbst ergänzen.

Ich habe den Fall an Klarna übergeben. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, bei Wordans zu bestellen – mangelhafte Ware, irreführende Angaben, chaotische Abwicklung, null Kundenorientierung.

Customer service is great. My order was missing a few items and I contacted customer service and Jade got back to me in 24 hours. I received the missing items in a couple of days. How about that!!
