Two men from the company spent just over a day cutting our hedges. They were polite, obliging and punctual. They worked hard and did a good job, including clearing up afterwards The company responds promptly to enquiries.

Vey friendly and efficient in organising the work. It was nice to have a choice of different ways of doing things and different prices. Work is high standard. Base for new shed and new roof for old shed. Both excellent. Thank you.

James came to do a small job replacing some rotten timbers and cutting back a hedge in my front garden. He was polite, friendly and did a great job. He also left the garden clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

I made on online enquiry to Worcestershire Fencing to quote for repairs to fencing and gates and also to remove a large laurel bush which had taken over in our garden! I was impressed with the company's responsiveness to my enquiry, with a call back the same morning followed by a site visit within a couple of days. A detailed quote was soon provided which we accepted, and the work was scheduled to suit us. The guys turned up punctually and worked very hard in the searing September heat! All the repairs were completed to a high standard and they made an extremely neat job of removing the offending shrub. The team were all polite, friendly and helpful - all in all a very positive experience.

What an absolute delight to discover there is such a high quality, lovely local company that provided excellent service from start to finish when needing to replace my aging, dilapidated garden fence; complicated by having a mature garden with several established, substantial border shrubs. Following initial phone enquiry I was promptly visited by an experienced staff member in order to provide a detailed quotation following really helpful discussion/advice to myself, including in the presence of my neighbour who would be impacted by the installation..... especially as we were both dog owners use to having secure back gardens! Two very efficient, hard-working and polite staff removed old fence and installed the new long 45ft fence, with concrete posts and gravel boards to the highest standard within a day despite the challenge of hard clay soil and very hot weather. Then followed excellent aftercare follow up visit to ensure works all OK and genuine offer to get back in contact re: any queries or matters arising. 4 weeks on from the installation and my fence is everything I had hoped for. A very positive experience. Quote arrived promptly and work started with four weeks. The guys worked very hard and paid close attention detail. The fence line dead straight with equal steps. Quality materials used and clearing up was impeccable. They went above & beyond to give us a really great job. Would definitely use again.

First class and extremely professional. Worcestershire fencing supplied the materials and installed a 5-bar gate and fencing. Brad came to our home to quote for the work, he was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain things in detail. From there we received a reasonable quotation and arranged for the work to be done. The guys doing the work were extremely helpful, very experienced, did a first-class job with the fitting and the materials supplied are good quality. I will not hesitate to use again and can highly recommend Worcestershire fencing for a first class job at a competitive rate.

My wife and I have recently moved to Malvern and one of our first tasks was to replace the existing fencing in our back garden. However, we didn’t know of any reputable fencing contractors, so we consulted Trustpilot and were very impressed with the reviews we read for Worcestershire Fencing.

I telephoned and spoke to Cam, who was very helpful and he arranged for Brad to undertake a site survey to discuss our requirements. Not only was Brad able to advise on our fencing requirements, but also suggested that they could move our shed and build a new base, remove 2 small trees and their stumps and re-lay areas of our lawn, which we hadn’t even appreciated they could do. We were also impressed at how helpful they were with suggestions of local garden centres and a hedging firm.

We received 2 very detailed quotations, one for the replacement fencing and one for all the additional works. It was impressive that within the quotations they stated their philosophy of using local suppliers, were fully licenced for waste removal and how they recycled this locally.

It was a 5 day job and Jez and James excelled. They were very personable and polite, more than happy to answer any queries and they fully explained what they were doing at each stage of the process. Even when challenges presented themselves and we needed tweaks to what had been agreed they undertook each task promptly and arranged additional items via Cam in the office, so that everything ran like clockwork. Their working practices were very good – all waste was removed and our garden was left very tidy.

Their willingness to help, even after they had finished all of their work, was demonstrated a week later when, at short notice, they pulled out the stops to provide additional material for another contractor who was completing the security work on our garden.

We couldn’t be happier with every aspect of their work and have no hesitation in recommending Worcestershire Fencing to anyone who wants a thoroughly professional job undertaken.

I'd definitely recommend this company. I contracted them to replace all 3 sides of my garden fence and to supply and fit a custom gate. They started when they said they would, and completed the work to a standard I'd expect from a professional outfit. The team doing the installation work were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked for a couple of changes to be made - they just got on with it. I've gone cheap in the past with landscapers and had to re-do their shoddy work on more than one occasion. These guys aren't cheap but you get what you pay for.

I spoke with Brad initially about building a new fence. I wanted something different, contemporary and affordable. Brad did an excellent job in signposting me to the best product, in a very friendly pressure free manner.
Not long after the team visited and worked through the day (including torrential rain) to complete the job. The new fence (a durapost system) looks incredible; all our neighbours have paid very envious compliments!
Overall a seamless and pleasurable experience. So nice to pass work to a local company and in turn receive a 5 star service and product. I would very highly recommend Cam and his excellent team.

Really impressed with this company and would highly recommend them. Incredibly efficient and tidy and the fencing is of a really high quality. All the employees I dealt with were brilliant and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I was looking to replace an old and sagging chain-link fence with something better. So, after having made contact with Worcestershirefencing, a thorough on site survey was made and it was decided that V mesh wire fencing would be the best option. It was also explained that the company has a "green" ethos, and all the old concrete posts and fencing would be recycled too. They also like to source products either locally or elsewhere within the UK which very much met with my approval. On the day of the new fence being installed the workmen turned up on time and immediately started work, on what would be a very long day, due to the length of fencing involved. I have to say they were very friendly and encouraged my involvement in the process. After several heavy showers of rain, and several mugs of coffee, the job was completed in the one day, which is how long they estimated it would take. I'm very pleased with the end result which looks aesthetically pleasing and will be very durable. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to deal with everyone, whether by email, phone or in person. A local company that I would happily and confidently recommend.

Everything from the quoting and the installation of my new fence to the disposal of my old fence was done really professionally.

I'd had a few 'professional' fence contractors come and quote me for my new fence and I got really uncomfortable vibes; I'd asked one for the highest legal fence height I could have (knowing it was just a bit over 6 feet) and he tried to sell me 8 foot fencing without any hesitation. The other one was asking me if I lived alone as a lone female and other very sus questions; worryingly these are both 'legitimate' landscaping businesses with good reviews....

Worcestershire Fencing did a great job of talking me through all my options and answering my questions as honestly as they could. Your fitting team was prompt, polite and cleaned up really well after the installation. The fact that they recycle everything where possible was also highly appreciated. Thanks again!
