Excellent quality dough
Excellent quality dough. Super convenient. Just pull what you need out of the freezer the night before. Bring to from temp 4 hours before using. Would highly recommend!

Delivery prompt and dough in good condition . I was dubious about purchasing pre-made dough but did some research and went with Woodys . I bought both doughs and I was not disappointed, great consistency, rise and crisp allowed me to turn out a professional quality pizza so I will be coming back for more , good job !

After defrosting at different…
After defrosting at different temperatures, the dough is unworkable and impossible to bake. I'm shocked that you even send such a product to a customer. I'm a pizza chef, so I know what I'm talking about.

Hello Marcin,
Apologies you have had this experience. We have had a look at your order and you have purchased Gluten Free dough. Gluten Free dough is very different from conventional pizza dough. Gluten adds the structure and elasticity to normal pizza dough, Gluten Free dough can not be stretched in the same way. It must be flattened and then lightly rolled, parchment paper will help you to transfer it to the pizza peel.

Great pizza and top notch customer service.
I have used Woody oven doughs a couple of times. They are the best ones we have had. They are nice and sticky (IYKYK), easy to shape, cook well and taste amazing. Our second delivery arrived late - completely DPDs fault. They immediately sent out a new batch quickly and I had a phone call from Woody oven apologising. Their customer service is as good as the pizza tastes ( nearly 😆).

Made a simple error on my order, it was fixed before I could recheck my emails with a new delivery arriving the next day. Very good service and very good dough as well!

Keep at it
Our 1st attempt was awful but we stuck with it and now can make reasonable pizzas . The dough is delicious so there’s no criticism at all ( just our inability to get the job done 🤦♀️) . I’m sure we will perfect the technique with practice and guidance from the guys at Woody Oven
