First time user was a little unsure ....but delivery was fast, nicely packaged and then easy to use, and the dough was very good. Will use again

Well, what can I say, my order got totally messed up and didn't receive the dough when promised which was hugely disappointing, and to be balanced woody openly admitted to this, apologised and unnecesarirly refunded half of my money, which was a nice gesture but not needed, mistakes happen.
Anyway, on to the dough, probably the best pizza dough I have ever tasted, worked with and cooked, absolutely first class, and I have had some pizza's in my life.
so well done Woody, will certainly be using again and again.

So excited. Received our Neapolitan pizza dough today. Next day delivery with DPD. The dough was packed with ice blocks and still frozen when it arrived.

This was my first time ordering from you, and even though we had a couple of little delivery hiccups, they were sorted so quickly —brilliant customer service.

The dough is absolutely delicious and the pizza’s turned out amazing.

The instructions on the bag were spot‑on and made the whole process so easy and completely stress‑free.

The Neapolitan pizza dough is fantastic. We have a Gozney oven and usually make our own dough to use in it but this makes life a lot easier and the pizza's came out perfectly.

We had issues with the delivery which was completely outside of Woody Oven's control but they offered to send a replacement order at no extra cost.

A great experience all round and I will be ordering again. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Issue with missing item, but was rectified immediately when they received my e-mail.

The dough itself makes a lovely pizza. Did a trial run in preparation for friends coming round for BYO pizza and drinks. Very impressed.

The dough looks fine but I would suggest looking at your delivery arrangements. When I've ordered similar frozen items from other suppliers, they have come with icepacks in a proper polystyrene foam insulated box. I was disappointed when yours came in a plain cardboard box with a small piece of bubble wrap and a couple of small icepacks that had pretty much melted by the time they arrived. If the delivery had been a couple of hours later, the dough would have been so defrosted that I would have rejected the package. Sadly I doubt I'll be reordering because of this.

Pay no attention to the claim of "next day delivery" if ordered before 3pm. Ordered well before the 3pm deadline on a Monday and rearranged my Tuesday to make sure I was going to be in.
Received notification on the Tuesday that my order would be delivered on Wednesday - when I wasn't in.
Delivery company were unable to leave the package so ended up delivering on the Thursday.
24 balls of defrosted, over-proved, unusable sludge.

A day later customer services contacted me to apologise, and offered a full refund as well as a replacement. To be fair, this is very generous of them.
Order was delivered the next day (although I really think there needs to be work done on the delivery packaging - the ice packs in the box were fully defrosted, and the dough was quite soft). I've refrozen them which isn't ideal, but I couldn't eat 24 pizzas in a couple of days.

I kept one out and had pizza for dinner, and it really was excellent. I cannot fault the dough, but I'd honestly need to think again about ordering as it didn't arrive frozen - which is the entire point.

A gift order arrived defrosted and proven as Woody do not use a refrigerated delivery service. Unfortunately we had to delay delivery by 2 days. Complained and was basically told bad luck. We will never be ordering again, and we had previously enjoyed the sour dough. It should be made clear when ordering that it has to be received at a certain time, and the customer should have to tick a box to agree. We didn’t have to and this company do not care. They should use a refrigerated delivery company, it would stop losing all the other customers who have also had issues like us on their reviews. Seems like we are not alone.
It’s easier to keep a customer than try to get new ones! They have lost all our friends and family who have pizza ovens.

The delivery was massively delayed. Was meant to be next day delivery - arrived a week later. The package was also left outside, meaning that we had to throw it all out as the dough got defrosted and was not usable. Super disappointed in the customer service.

Gluten free dough is so much better than the others out there.

I placed a repeat order on 25th May as I’ve purchased the dough balls before and was really happy with the quality of the product. Had to chase the order up as no communication about delays in the order. In fairness to the staff they did reply quickly. Order was eventually sent on 1st June, still not received.

Again had to contact about the order and had to get a refund.

Good product however poor logistics and delivery service.
